【胡守得／台北報導】法務部長羅瑩雪昨天上任後，今天批准第一波人事調動，原常務次長蔡清祥調最高檢察署檢察官，常次由新北地檢署檢察長蔡碧玉接任。
 
立院昨天質疑法務部2名政務次長陳明堂、吳陳鐶各有立場，都不適合擔任即將成立的監聽聯合調查小組召集人，蔡碧玉出任常次後，規劃為調查小組召集人；法務部表示，蔡清祥、蔡碧玉人事案已交行政院核定，新北檢察長遺缺暫時不補；對於即將卸下常次職務，蔡清祥說，「如願以償，回歸檢察系統」。

監察院今日表示，統計9月共收受1,290件人民陳情書狀，含上月留待處理案件，共處理1,265件，以案計算共719案，其中派查24案，另通過糾正案13案、彈劾案二案、彈劾七人。

監察院說明，9月通過彈劾外交部駐紐西蘭、斐濟代表處前代表秦日新；外交部駐斐濟代表處前一等秘書劉壽軒；南投縣長李朝卿；南投縣工務處前處長曾仁隆、黃榮德；南投縣縣長室前簡任秘書張志誼；南投縣工務處土木工程科前代理科長李中誠等七人，並已移送司法院公務員懲戒委員會審議。
