【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委陳其邁下午舉行記者會指出，律師蔡易餘9月9日告發總統馬英九、檢察總長黃世銘洩密，短短18天特偵組就簽結，而這段時間，同為被告的兩人卻密集通聯，陳其邁質疑：「這不是串證，什麼是串證？」且黃世銘是檢察總長，卻與被告馬英九密切聯繫，最後火速簽結，「這不是關說，什麼是關說？」

陳其邁要求，馬英九應公布兩人通聯與時間長短來自清，並呼籲北檢立即約談馬英九、黃世銘、江宜樺，隔離偵訊並測謊。

【侯力元／新竹報導】追女不成，男子竟使出恐嚇手段，連續性侵女子得逞。新竹地檢署起訴書指出，新竹一名許姓男子去年7月認識被害女子，多次表達要求被害女子與其交往遭拒，竟於今年跨年夜告訴被害人：「如果不答應當一日情人，就會傷害你的親朋好友。」被害人因為擔心害怕，只好答應許男到新竹的汽車旅館過夜，被性侵得逞。

其後，今年1月3日，許男到台北找被害人，故技重施再次恐嚇，並且脅迫女子到新北市的汽車旅館，又性侵得手。經被害人報案，新竹地檢署今全案偵結，依妨害性自主罪將許男提起公訴。

【孫英哲／彰化報導】喊了３０幾年的員林鎮改制為市一案，彰化縣政府繼舉辦多場下鄉說明會後，今天在員林演藝廳舉辦「員林升市」學術論壇，邀請相關地方人士與台灣大學教授團展開論壇。會中彰化縣長卓伯源主推合併員林鎮附近的大村、永靖、埔心及社頭等四鄉鎮部分行政區，建構成大員林市，讓員林鎮在土地及人口都增加下，符合改制為市的條件。

縣長卓伯源強調，員林鎮改制為市後，將成為南彰化的核心城市，可有效帶動區域發展。

雖然彰縣府主推透過合併鄰近鄉鎮行政區的方式，促成「員林升市」，但大村、永靖、埔心及社頭四鄉鎮首長全都痛批該作法太一廂情願。大村鄉長張良烟指出，把大村鄉內的大葉大學、正新輪胎公司及美利達公司等最菁華繁榮的地區割給員林後，請問大村還剩下什麼？社頭鄉長蕭如意則表示，割地成就員林升格一案不可行，社頭人不可能坐視發生「員林活絡、社頭沒落」的情況。

永靖鄉長李詩焱說，成就一個員林鎮之後，將讓四個鄉鎮都陣亡，與會台大教授團未站在地方的立場，發言太過一廂情願。埔心鄉長徐平圳則指出，員林改制這個案子有圖利之嫌，何不員林鎮將土地割給其他四鄉鎮？

【何哲欣／台北報導】有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲，前晚拜會民進黨主席蘇貞昌，蘇昨吐槽說，將近1小時的會談，「都是他（柯）在講，教我怎麼選舉」。柯文哲上午受訪說，只有3個人的會談，不需要拿到外面渲染，他不會覺得蘇有什麼特別的意思，「沒有惡言相向，都還好，聽聽就好」。

柯也呼籲媒體，人與人之間，不要抓住一句話，就拿來解釋他的觀感，不用這麼鑽牛角尖。

至於是否要參選，柯說，還是要繼續說服父親，228事件對父親影響很大，父親因此很反對他參選，認為在台大當醫生就好，只能再慢慢溝通，如果連自己父親都無法溝通，以後會更困難。
