餐廳名稱：維多利亞茶餐廳 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：台北市成都路27巷19號 電話：02-2382-6388 營業時間：12:30-22:00 每人平均價位：約380元 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：花雕雞&煲仔飯 完整圖文版 http://s8910139.pixnet.net/blog/post/261172277 會知道這間店是看到電視節目"旅行應援團"的介紹 藏在西門町巷弄裡的維多利亞茶餐廳 不仔細找真的會找不到 很容易就這樣不注意而走過頭 用餐時間如果不訂位 即使在平日也是要排隊等上一陣子 不少的人潮讓小小的店一下就滿了 店內是屬於狹長型空間 只有一個小小走道 可說是相當擁擠 店內牆上掛了香港夜景海報 店員們穿著白色制服 電視撥放粵語電視台 連菜單都是很隨性的一大張 分別點了波蘿油、奶醬多、乾隆蜜汁花雕雞和臘味煲仔飯 飲料則是凍檸茶和熱鴛鴦 波蘿油 (NT.60) Size約一個成年女性的手掌大 送上來的時候已切成兩半 讓大家方便分食 熱酥的菠蘿麵包夾上冰涼的牛油 帶著冰火絕配的溫潤口感 吃在嘴裡的感覺就是一陣銷魂 只是兩三口就沒了很不滿足 不過一個６０元是有點貴 奶醬多 (NT.60) 也就是花生煉乳吐司咩~ 烤得脆脆的吐司表層塗滿濃厚的顆粒花生醬 最後再淋上煉乳 甜甜的口感 讓人一口接一口 真是誘人且難以抗拒 不過還是覺得偏貴 凍檸賓 (NT.60) 也就是檸檬+利賓納(黑加侖果汁) 端上來的時候黑加侖果汁是沉澱在下面 稍為攪拌過後整個顏色變深茶色 喝起來酸酸甜甜的 剛好可以去嘴巴裡的油膩 熱鴛鴦 (NT.60) 嗯...就很一般的咖啡+奶茶 只是比較偏咖啡味 就是表現平平的一道飲品 乾隆蜜汁花雕雞 (NT.250) 這道是維多利亞的招牌 份量大概2~3個人吃 服務生會先端上桌後 店員會開始幫大家切花雕雞 再將粿仔條放入鍋內來拌炒去吸附花雕醬汁 油油亮亮的色澤看起來極為可口 鮮嫩多汁的雞腿肉 咬下去肉質又滑又嫩又香 幾乎每桌來都會點 而且粿條更是十分入味也很開胃 單吃會有點鹹 建議再點碗白飯來配剛剛好 煲仔飯 (NT.250) 這道也是維多利亞的招牌菜 煲仔飯的份量很夠 也是夠2~3人分食 服務生會先將裡面的臘味(臘腸、肝腸與臘肉)夾起來盛出裝盤 接著夾子箝住鍋子 再將醬油淋上米飯 另一手開始快速攪拌米飯拌勻 待吸附滿醬汁後就可以裝碗啦 因為鍋子很燙 如果喜歡鍋巴的人可以不用持續攪拌 煲出來飯帶著臘味的淡淡甜香 最特別的是醬汁形成的焦脆鍋巴軟中帶硬 呈現金黃焦脆的色澤 入口香脆不帶苦味 在嚼的同時又帶有點焦香、飯香與醬油香 只可惜臘味的香氣沒有融入米飯中 要不然風味應該可以更上一層樓 不知道是不是因為同時點了煲仔飯和乾隆蜜汁花雕雞 分量太多還是醬汁有點太過於甜鹹 而且吃到後來覺得很油 會讓人感到有些膩口 最後的心得就是維多利亞茶餐廳還算是道地香港味 招牌菜分量夠多 可以吃到很飽 雖說有些菜是兩人份 即使是三人(或是只是單純想吃口味的多人)也可以一起點都沒問題 是間偶爾突然想吃港式料理的好去處!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.48.241

標題[協尋] 9/23 中山東路與龍慈路口 車禍目擊證人

我男友 於9/23 約莫 晚上9點20 於中山東路與龍慈路口 來不及閃避一台穿越斑馬線的機車 那台機車由龍慈路1號台灣大哥大門市穿越中山東路斑馬線 而我男友由仁慈路往龍慈路 閃避不及撞上 飛出去 那位騎士並沒有停下走掉了 扶我男朋友起來的是兩位路人(非常感謝orz 然後我男友事後直接騎回家 由他哥載去醫院驗傷 雖然說都是擦傷 但面積很大 一直到今天我從屏東上來找他 才逼著他去報案(嚥不下這口氣 因為那裡沒有警察的天羅地網 而通訊行監視器拍到的機率也不大 希望當日有目擊車禍的板大們可以提供資訊給我orz 小妹在此先謝過各位了 發生車禍如果意識清晰傷勢不重 一定要先報案阿QQ 現在整個超麻煩的~"~ 警察先生們要我們自己找監視器... 都牽涉到刑責了還是這樣嗎~"~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.179.7

【綜合報導】9月政爭延燒，面對各界非議，總統馬英九一再高舉不可逾越司法紅線的大旗。不料法務部前次長李進勇昨爆料，馬英九曾剪報下條子指示法務部前部長王清峰交辦檢察官侯寬仁案，法務部隨後去函高檢署調查侯的行政疏失，李質疑：「這樣有沒有踩到司法紅線？」總統府回應，總統對重要輿論建言都會請部會參考，與介入司法個案「風馬牛不相干。」但司改會認為難逃瓜田李下之嫌；學者批總統逾越《憲法》權限，一開始就做錯了。

高雄大學政治法律系副教授廖義銘說，總統在《憲法》上只有國防、外交、國家安全及協調五院爭議等法定職權，其他都是逾越權限，馬英九一開始就做錯了。廖也批，馬上任以來，一直把行政權、決策權伸進司法，用個人立場試圖改變司法界，就已經踩了紅線。

【綜合報導】英國《泰晤士高等教育專刊》公布2013-14世界大學排行榜，榜首為美國加州理工學院，第2到第5名依序是，美國哈佛大學、英國牛津大學、美國史丹佛大學以及美國麻省理工學院。前10名大學中，有7所都是美國學校。

亞洲方面，前2百大大學中，台灣僅有台大入榜，排名第142，去年排名134，退後8個名次，日本在前200大中，佔有5個席位是亞洲之冠，全球排名23的東京大學，是亞洲第一，新加坡國立大學全球排名26，則是亞洲第二，全球排名43的香港大學，則是亞洲第三，南韓的大學則佔了4個席位，首爾大學全球排名44，是第一次進入前50名，為亞洲第四，中國北京大學全球排名第45，為亞洲第五。

這項排名是根據13項考評指數，包括研究經費、聲譽調查、師生比例、博士學位人數、論文引用影響、留學生比例等。
