【綜合報導】中國全國正在放「十一長假」，四川省著名的九寨溝風景區一下子湧入過多遊客，嚴重消化不良，到現在已經深夜，據傳還有過萬名遊客滯留山上及路上，入夜後當地氣溫驟降，狀況堪慮。由於許多人不滿長時間滯留，半山腰部份的遊客入夜後情緒激動，一度翻越棧道圍堵來往風景區車輛，導致九寨溝上下山通道陷入癱瘓。

現場目擊者指出，攔車者主要是希望車輛優先把小孩和老人送下山去，但每輛車上都擠滿了人，又沒有人願意下來，使得情況一片混亂。有遊客更憤怒地站到車輪前喊道：「不准走！除非從我身上開過去！」

大批遊客不想再等，被迫步行十多公里下山。人群中除了有老人，也有不少兒童，有父母甚至帶着只有9個月大的嬰兒。不少人身已經身穿羽絨衣或棉襖，但仍然被冷得渾身發抖。路上一名兒童還因為天氣太泠，已被凍得說不出話來。

山路上旅遊大巴長龍仍沒有任何移動，寒泠再加上沒有足夠食物，有遊客在《微博》求助：「再這樣下去不泠死也會被餓死！」

日前被教育部列為退場觀察名單的台南崑山中學教師一號北上召開記者會，抗議崑山中學 減薪是因為董事會濫權，而非外傳的因為少子化招收不到學生，要求教育部介入，並調查 是否有違法造假財務資料。(陳葦庭報導) 私立學校減薪、欠薪問題持續延燒，日前爆出違法減薪的台南崑山中學老師指出，日前被 報導學校因為少子化招收不到學生，其實是董事會的片面說法，實際上崑山中學學生總數 有三千多人，名列台南第二大私校，學校根本不可能因為收不到學費而虧損。 崑山中學教師會認為，學校根本是假虧損之名，行減薪之實，實際上學校不打折的薪水支 出，不會超過學費收入的八成六，人事費比例正常，和公校相當，但學校卻告訴全體教職 員，崑山中學人事費用高達百分之一百零六，懷疑學校提出的是造假的財務報告。 全教總表示，教育部已經調查一個月卻還沒公布結果，希望教育部可以在短時間內做出處 分，全教總副理事長吳忠泰說：「(t)他們為什麼今天要北上跟大家見面，因為他們遭受 到不堪的待遇，而這些待遇被混雜在以為是少子化必須退場的狗屁謊言當中。」 崑山中學老師還說，董事會把學校當作家族事業，董事長大女兒甚至還出任校內總務處文 書組組長，已經違反私校法三等親不得任校內職務規定，要求教育部全面徹查讓校務正常 運作。 http://www.bcc.com.tw/news/newsview.asp?cde=2182330 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.249.121

南韓SK海力士大陸無錫廠失火，將PC DRAM價格推上近三年新高，連帶使第4季合約價漲定，帶動台系大廠華亞科、擁有低價庫存的威剛和利基型記憶體廠晶豪科今年獲利暴衝。

法人預估，由於DRAM價格上漲，華亞科9月合併營收將超越8月的55.71億元，第3季獲利將逾70億元，與單季營收同創歷史新高；威剛全年獲利有機會超越33億元，每股純益逾14元，甚至上看15元；晶豪科也將攀上新高。

SK海力士大陸無錫廠上月4日發生火災意外，推升DRAM現貨漲幅近四成，連帶9月和10月合約價確定上揚，讓擁有低價庫存的記憶體模組廠和DRAM大廠大賺一票。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市明年元旦也可以免費打1999了！全台16縣市設置「1999市民熱線」，僅5縣市免費撥打，基隆市明年也將跟進。

但有市民反映不知道基隆也有1999熱線，市府研考科處長李國商表示，基隆1999去年6月上線，平均1天有70通，大部分詢問社會福利，未來會加強宣導，提升使用率。

【綜合報導】世界多地都曾傳出有神秘物種大腳怪出沒，可是一直被視為傳說或騙局，但美國有科學家經過5年蒐集資料研究，信心十足地宣稱已掌握「確鑿證據」，甚至取得大腳怪的DNA，證明這種像人猿的生物真的存在。

美國「大腳怪基因計劃」的科學家，1日在德州一個記者會上公佈他們5年來的研究成果，播放數段從未曝光的影片，號稱影片清晰，但焦點模糊不清，影片中出現毛茸茸類似人類的物體，在肯塔基州的樹林出沒。 另一影片則見到一頭雌性大腳怪在睡覺，這段珍貴影片的加長版，將會在其後公開的紀錄片中播出。
