標題[問題] 塞車路段擦撞...

請問各位 今天小弟下班時間與同向汽車發生小擦撞.. 大致過程是塞車很不爽了，然後旁邊有台車硬要插進來 因為他是在車陣開始動的時候硬轉過來，且直接轉到對向車道上 然後開始硬要插進來，所以我完全貼緊前車不想讓他... 但沒想到他還是硬插了....就聽到擦到的聲音了... 然後他也沒停就走了... 當下我也不知道該做些什麼....只能後悔讓他一下就好了 Orz... 回家後下車察看，保險桿是只有一點小痕跡（但見底漆了...） 車上有行車記錄器碰撞瞬間的聲音也沒很明顯... 想請問如果這種狀況，能去報案嗎？ 還是要自己吸收了？ （誰叫不讓人...） 影片（我只擷取開始塞車到擦撞後的畫面） http://youtu.be/kmn14iTTMpI

很多電影會讓人在散場時吶喊：「幹我為何花錢來看這部片！？」 很遺憾《賈伯斯》就是讓我有這種感覺的一部片 一部電影有人愛有人幹都是很合情合理的事 因為每個人希望從片中得到的不同 身為蘋果愛用者看到內容關於賈伯斯粗陋的傳記電影 估計依賈伯斯個性應該會氣到要求重拍 不看的理由一：劇情不夠完整緊湊 因為先把《賈伯斯傳》這本書看完 所以看電影時一直有種「怎麼這裡沒演？」 「這一段怎麼被跳過了？」的心中OS 這點其實不太成立，電影兩小時內容本來就會刪刪剪剪 只是身為果粉的一點小抱怨 不看的理由二：製作公司毫無其他電影製作經驗 一篇文章寫道： 編劇兼導演的喬舒亞麥可史坦得知沒有電影經驗的一名達拉斯企業家與一名 出版商有意製作史蒂夫賈伯斯的電影時，便立刻產生興趣。史坦從一名友人 那裡得知企業主馬克休姆委託他公司的員工麥特懷特利根據賈伯斯的生平撰 寫劇本，並且在物色導演。 「有個完全是電影圈外的人很想做點冒險的事，他沒待過這種環境，業界也 沒有做過這種事，」史坦回憶說，「以我這個電影人來說，這件事非常有意 思，我也覺得這非常符合史蒂夫賈伯斯的精神。」 比這部電影不尋常的起源更厲害的是片子的主題，在史坦看來，這個主題似乎 是為劇情長片量身訂做。「史蒂夫賈伯斯出身中低階級家庭，他與史蒂夫沃茲 尼克在車庫創業，最後完全改變世人日常生活的運作方式，這個故事發人深省 ，」導演說，「這在在道出革新精神與一心想達成別人認為不可能之事。」 關於製作公司： 五星電影製作公司是一個以達拉斯為基地的獨立製片公司，在加州洛杉磯也有分公司。 成立於2011年，五星電影製作的第一部大銀幕作品是即將於2013年上映的《賈伯斯》 ，這是由蘋果公司創辦人之一和夢想家史帝夫賈伯斯的生平所改編的電影故事。五星電 影製作是母公司五星機構的分支之一，設立於達拉斯的五星機構主要業務為行銷、活動 策劃/主持、及出版，創辦人為馬克休姆。 五星電影製作的成立，是創辦人一直以來的計畫，但公司真正的成立，是在此電影計劃 開始籌備之時，於2011年夏季尾聲，當史帝夫賈伯斯對媒體發表了退休宣言，消息震 驚了全世界，五星電影製作也因此正式成立。 所以電影拍得有點糟只能說不意外 另外賈伯斯R.I.P的時間沒有過很久 好歹等個10年20年後再來消費這位一代神人還差不多 現在拍感覺有點操之過急 要看的理由一：艾希頓庫奇的魅力 如果硬要問說艾希頓庫奇拍過很多部電影，為什麼要看這部？ 其實沒啥理由，因為這部是最新上映的 如同我們為何要換iPhone4、4s、5到5s，因為是最新的XD 艾確實是位蠻厲害的好萊塢明星： 艾希頓是一名演員、科技業投資者、及製片人。於2000年，他與人合資創辦了Katalyst 公司，該公司主要為電子媒體、電視、及電影提供製作原創內容。於2011年，艾希頓再 次與人共同創立了A-Grade投資公司，是一個風險投資基金公司。 2010年，艾希頓庫奇被時代雜誌票選為100大最具影響力的人。 於同年，他的公司－Katalyst，被《廣告時代》雜誌（Ad Age）評選 為年度50大最具啟發性的創新企業， 《Fast Company》雜誌也選之為10大最具創造力的公司。 要看的理由二：啟發追夢創業的動力 這點主要是想說，透過電影大家看到賈伯斯從創業、 成立公司、上市、被迫離開公司到後來回蘋果 身為有夢最美，希望相隨有心作番事業的人 應該多看看別人經過多少的苦難磨練才能成功創業 片中也刻劃了些賈伯斯無奸不成商的一面 但主要重點還是在於專注做好產品上 心得： 1.不看的理由是太過草率，很多重點都沒拍 2.要看的理由是讓有心創業的人體會創業維艱的辛苦 3.不用花錢進電影，等DVD就好 更多： 台北西門町 戲院影城、電影院的綜合比較＆介紹 http://0rz.tw/rSRbO -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.78.108

【綜合報導】美國知名長壽劇動畫《辛普森家庭》，目前正在美國撥出第25季，日前執行製作艾爾珍(Al JEAN)接受英國太陽報訪問時爆料表示，在第25季中其中一個角色，將面臨領便當的命運。

艾爾珍沒有直接透露是哪位成員將被賜死，只表示：「我可以給大家一個線索，幫死掉角色配音的人得過艾美獎，但我不能說那是誰。」
 
劇中曾得過艾美獎的配音人的角色包括爸爸河馬(Homer)、霸子的偶像小丑(Krusty)、巴尼(Barney)、酒吧老闆毛伊(Moe)、印度非法移民阿布(Apu)等。

【林佳樺／綜合報導】未來事件交易所今日公布「電視名嘴時尚大車拚」評鑑結果，本次調查詢問民眾對於政治評論員的時尚衣Q程度，結果顯示「吳國棟」榮獲榜首，價格落在48.8元；「鍾年晃」（48.1元）緊追在後獲亞軍；第三名是「陳敏鳳」（47.1元）。
 
此外黃創夏（45.7元）、王瑞德（45.2元）、張友驊（45.1元）與馬西屏（44.9元）表現不俗，排行前七名，處於前段班。其餘表現中等的名嘴，依序為姚立明（42.6元）、徐永明（41.4元）、黃敬平（39.6元）、胡忠信（39.5元）、黃光芹（38.9元）、陳立宏（38.6元），價格皆落在38~43元之間。唐湘龍（37.6元）、陳揮文（37.2元）、陳鳳馨（36.7元）、陳東豪（32.5元），時尚度價格則稍嫌偏低，處於後段班。
 
本事件期貨總交易量達486,408口，調查時間自2013年9月14日起至9月24日止。本次評鑑採用專案市場模式，每位會員擁有1百萬點點數進行交易預測。
 
針對此評鑑結果，凱薩琳創意集團總監許淑晶表示：「時尚這兩個名詞真正的意涵， 絕大部分民眾可能不甚瞭解，或根本不清楚它的定義。因為絕大部分的審美觀念，名嘴人物所支持之政黨，政治言論及其言談表達方式均凌駕於穿著打扮及個人品味之上。」
 
此次名單前三名得主分數都未達60分，表示個人造型和穿著打扮功力善待加強，無法令人將”時尚”與他們連結在一起。事實上，名嘴時尚衣Q和評論專業度，與觀眾喜愛度息息相關，況且名嘴比藝人明星出現在電視節目的頻率高且時間長，如果名嘴們能夠注重個人形象，注重打扮，肯定是觀眾之福。
