【經濟日報記者林安妮／7日電】行政院主辦「2013年生技產業策略諮議委員會議」今天開幕，政務委員張善政表示，生技產業是我國積極推動的重點產業，今年修正核定的「生技產業起飛行動方案」，除持續該方案前期建置的研發能量、法規環境以及整合育成機制等良好基礎建設外，更將運用優質醫療管理經驗，推動服務輸出。

張善政說，期望未來三年，在藥品、醫材、醫管服務創造出更多成功案例，帶動健康產業發展。

張善政指出，台灣醫療照護品質具國際水準，推動具知識型經濟特質的醫療管理服務加值輸出，進而整合藥品、醫材、資訊、電子，營造生醫產業群聚，擴大產值，使生技產業成為具兆元產值的明日之星，對推動健康智慧生活也將有重大貢獻。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】吉安警分局今天在花蓮市一處出租大樓查獲1名蔡姓通緝犯（31歲，有竊盜、搶奪、詐欺及毒品前科），經查今年6月21日晚間，蔡男在吉安鄉稻香村騎機車搶奪1名印尼籍看護皮包，得手8000多元，全案經警詢問後依涉強盜等罪移送偵辦。

警方調查，蔡男3年前在花蓮涉及多項刑案，身負搶奪、詐欺及毒品等3件通緝案件，今年6月21日發生的外籍看護遭強盜案，當時蔡男騎乘機車尾隨印尼籍女子至吉安鄉稻香村，趁四下無人之際將她從機車上踢倒在地，強取被害人裝有現金8000元的皮包，得逞後逃逸。

雖然蔡嫌於警詢時矢口否認犯案，但經警方調閱監視器及比對治安顧慮人口，認為蔡男涉有重嫌，加上被害人當場指證歷歷，蔡男仍被法辦。

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市1名43歲的徐姓女子，昨天晚間11時許向警方報案，表示她的前夫在早上將兒子帶出門出遊後，就沒依約送回兒子，還藉故將兒子帶回台北奶奶家住，侵犯她的監護權。警方表示，48歲的吳姓男子是因為太想念兒子，才會將兒子帶走。吳男還向前妻表示，他已經戒酒會好好做人，也希望能破鏡重圓。警方則告知吳男，他的行為可能會觸犯略誘或和誘罪嫌，應及早將小孩送回以免觸法。

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園國際機場外包清潔公司王姓清潔工（53歲）今年4月28日晚間因連續工作而肚子餓，在第一航廈櫃檯偷竊「農牧產品棄置箱」（供旅客攜帶未經檢疫的農牧產品拋棄之用，並由防檢局統一銷毀）內的芒果、肉鬆蛋捲、蘋果等物食用，吃不完地就丟到一般垃圾桶，案經航警局據報查獲依竊盜罪送辦。

桃園地檢署考量王姓清潔工坦承犯行，深表悔悟，且係一時飢餓才偷吃，其情亦堪憫恕，依職權不予起訴處分。

餐廳名稱：船屋葡國菜餐廳 A Lorcha 消費時間：2013/9/28 地址：澳門下環河邊新街289號 電話：2831-3195 營業時間：PM12:30~PM03:30，PM07:00~PM11:30 公休日：週二 每人平均價位：NT350-600元 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：葡式燴海鮮飯 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/266251541 ----------------------------------------------------------- 澳門於明朝嘉靖36年(西元1557年) 租借給葡萄牙人，一直到1999年才回歸中國，400多年 的時間，許多方面深受葡萄牙的影響，飲食也是其中一環，像是葡國菜。地處南歐的葡萄 牙，在烹調上使用橄欖油、大蒜、蕃茄，臨海的位置也盛產海鮮；到了大航海時代，因為 到東方的航程十分遙遠，許多食材不易保存，所以在烹調上會因地制宜，是用當地的食材 或調味料，造就出另一種風味的葡萄牙菜。 Menu品項很多，餐點價格大致上都MOP40~150，另外加一成服務費 本次消費:炸馬介休球、葡式燴海鮮飯、炭燒牛仔骨、橄欖油香蒜炒蜆和葡國雞 ，以及三罐汽水。 橄欖油香蒜炒蜆 不同於台灣炒九層塔的方式，一大碗滿滿的海瓜子用大蒜炒過之後，再加入白酒烹煮，融 合海瓜子的鮮甜湯汁，然後拌入大量的香菜，雖然量多但不至於搶了整道菜的滋味，反而 更提升風味的層次。要不是還有其他菜還沒上，還真的想把整碗湯喝完或者用麵包沾著吃 。 葡國雞(MOP 128) 葡萄牙曾在印度建立貿易據點，所以也將印度香料帶入澳門，而葡國雞就是結合中西料理 的澳門菜，所以不算是正統的葡國菜。這道菜有濃濃的咖哩香，但並不會辣，吃起來很溫 和，應該是有加入椰奶；舖在下層的馬鈴薯塊，有馬鈴薯香也吸收了整道菜的香氣，咬起 來十分鬆軟，不過點這道菜其實還會附上一份的長米飯，點菜時要斟酌一下份量。 葡式燴海鮮飯，雖然說是燴飯，但吃起來比較像是湯汁多的燉飯，烸鮮配料十分可觀，除 了好幾個淡菜之外，還有一隻螃蟹一起燉煮，再加上其他水產，帶著滿滿的海味；但調味 上比較沒那麼重，不過吃到的是相當濃醇的鮮味，真讓人停不了。而且份量也夠大，夠 3~4個人吃。 其他餐點可見網誌詳細說明，這次葡國菜初體驗讓我有很好的印象，如果還有機會去澳門 ，我仍會將這家店列入行程內。而且附近也有許多景點可以走走看看，例如媽閣廟與教堂 ，來澳門玩不妨在這裡待個半天，順便品嚐一下美味的葡國菜。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.60.90
