標題[討論] 研發部門裡有女生,真的能增加士氣?

我最近想到這個問題, 因為呀,我常聽到有一種說法, 說在找人時, 主管會刻意找女生進幾乎是男生的部門裡, 理由是可以提升部門男性同事的士氣, 就算這個女生沒能力也行, 因為就只是把她當拉拉隊, 若這個女生能力好的話,那當然很好,但這狀況就不討論, 我想討論的是把沒能力或能力差的女生找進部門裡的情況, 我想到幾種可能... 1.這是空穴來風!我們主管用人只看能力不看性別的 2.這是真的...有女生一起工作,就算她很遜也沒關系,我會感到開心 3.這是真的...但那是主管想吃她,這種人只會扯後腿,我寧可全部都是男生 4.這是真的...前提是要夠正又沒死會 5.其他...? 大家對這種用女生進來當拉拉隊的說法的想法為何呢? -- 放下女色,立地成程式設計師,這就是佛, 只要信GOOGLE就可以得永生,這就是一神論, 想以爺爺之名代替月亮懲罰主管或客戶,這就是馬克思, 告訴我,寫程式要信什麼好? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.50.156

【楊智雯／台北報導】上班族普遍每日蔬菜纖維攝取不足，因此各家超商都很積極搶攻外食青菜商機，之前7-ELEVEn在門市曾測試燙青菜，但因需要較多設備，且維持青菜新鮮度不易，並未成功。

另一家測試燙青菜許久的萊爾富，搶先推出青菜關東煮川燙新吃法，將油菜、高麗菜、金針菇、地瓜等青菜在中央廚房先蒸熟，並用無菌保鮮包裝密封後，新鮮冷藏運送至全台910家門市，可避免在門市燙青菜不夠熟等問題，民眾只需將包裝裡的青菜放入關東煮杯中，加入高湯泡熱，等約3分鐘就可食用，目前共推出4款，預計每季會更換菜色，10/15前每款特價只要10元，但菜量並不多，要攝取每日足夠纖維量，要多買2包才行。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】近期台灣政局動盪不安，張鐵志認為，台灣的民主政治在民主化20年後，似乎正迅速崩塌。

台灣評論人、現任香港《號外》雜誌總編輯張鐵志在《蘋果日報》蘋中信發表《政治崩壞與小革命》一文中表示，昔日民進黨帶著向上提升的期許開始執政，8年下來，卻把自己玩殘了，黨找不到方向，阿扁成為貪腐的代表。然後馬英九帶著689的期許以清新偶像姿態上台，卻創造出史上最低民調；而原本人們只覺得「英九」雖無能，但起碼是好人，馬王之爭卻證明他不但鬥性狠辣，而且破壞民主憲政。

於是，曾經信仰國民黨與民進黨的一代人，對政治幻滅，深感被背叛；而2000年之後成長的年輕世代，對政黨失去信心，對政治失去熱情。尤其是，他們看到在台東美麗灣開發案上，行政權可以如此不遵守司法；在核四問題上，行政院可以如此玩弄公投；在大埔事件，他們可以這樣逼死良民。於是，民主之於他們彷彿只是殘酷的笑話，台灣只淪為一座妖魔肆虐的鬼島。

梁家榕自封「便當狂」，阿潘則是「甜點控」，兩女雙雙淪陷在日式百貨美食區，恨不得有3個胃，梁家榕透露旅行最後幾天逛到累癱，都直接買便當和甜點回飯店享用。
