【於慶中／綜合外電報導】自己遲到看著預定要搭的飛機飛走，當然不是滋味，但明明準時，卻看著已經完成報到的班機載著自己的行李飛走，就實在讓人生氣。

上周六(5日)晚間，英國廉航易捷航空(easyJet)一班由西班牙馬拉加飛往英國的班機，有一團共29名要返回英國的旅客，在馬拉加的機場完成check in報到手續，並準時前往登機閘門。正當乘客等候登機時，一名地勤人員突然拉起圍欄，阻止他們上機，結果眾人眼睜睜的看著自己的班機，載著他們的行李起飛飛走，這29人還一度被困在登機門樓梯間達20分鐘。

事後航空公司職員承認，沒有留意仍有乘客還沒登機就讓客機離開，並願意讓旅客選擇要多留在西班牙一晚，或轉搭其他航班返回英國。

標題[新聞] 陸不支持設馬祖 博弈專區擬改設桃園航空城

由於大陸表明不支持馬祖設置博弈專區，交通部長葉匡時昨（7）日在立法院備詢時表 示，將朝在桃園機場航空園區內設置博弈專區的方向努力，希望立委支持。葉也承諾， 會再撥出經費，補助馬祖興建機場。 立委陳雪生昨天在交通委員會質詢時表示，大陸官方已表明不支持金馬設置博弈專區， 就算博弈專法通過，也不會開放大陸地區人民前來；此外，馬祖北竿機場是現在全國 最差的機場，馬祖人民已向政府要求了20年都沒有改建，他質詢葉匡時到底要如何處 理。 葉匡時說，根據招標條件，若博弈專法通過，馬祖機場問題自然可獲解決，但現在對 岸不支持馬祖設置博弈專區，他認為不如支持桃園航空城內設博弈專區，如此將更實 際、更為可行且收入更高，速度也會更快。 葉匡時表示，若博弈專法通過，立委也支持改在航空城設博弈專區，他承諾會撥出部 分經費以補助馬祖蓋機場。另外，國民黨立委陳根德也擬具「國際機場園區發展條例」 修正草案，將博弈專區設在航空城產業專區內，他認為如此除可享交通便利性，更可 與人口稠密、注重安全與居住品質的住宅區區隔，減少國人擔心開放博弈後可能帶來 治安敗壞、色情氾濫、國人嗜賭等衝擊。 陳根德引用今年3月由中信房屋委託調查資料指出，有77.1%民眾贊成設立博弈特區。 近一步分析，贊成設立博弈特區，但不希望博弈特區設在自己居住的行政區者，占 39.5%最多。 http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN1/8210723.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.82.252

記者陳浚錡／綜合報導 道奇只讓王牌左投克蕭(Clayton Kershaw)休息3天就先發，被視為季後賽首輪的最大豪賭 ，事實上這已經是自2007年以來，首度有球隊在第一輪就啟動投手「中3日」先發的決定 ，而上一次執行的，就是洋基與印地安人進行對戰時，要台灣右投王建民休息3天就登板 ，可惜最終以失敗作收。 王建民於2007年再度拿下單季19勝，無疑是洋基隊頭號先發，但季後賽首戰出師不利，對 印地安人投4.2局狂失8分，洋基3比12大輸。休息3天之後，洋基決定再派他上陣，希望能 在1勝2敗的情況下扳成平手，結果建仔只投1局就掉4分，最後眼看著對手晉級下一輪。 兩場比賽只投5.2局就狂失13分自責分，防禦率高達19.06，對王建民傷害極大，此系列賽 結束後，他遭受球紐約媒體無情批評，認為即便不盡理想，也不該這麼差。紐約客對建仔 在季後賽的成績拿放大鏡檢視，幾乎忘了他是位連續兩季為洋基拿下19勝的投手。 在洋基與王建民之前，季後賽也曾多次出現只讓投手休息3天就出賽的情形，最終結果大 多以成功作收。2004年太空人隊對勇士隊時，「火箭人」克萊門斯(Roger Clemens)與「 推土機」歐斯瓦(Roy Oswalt)都是休息三天就出賽，幫助球隊勝出；1987年雙城隊維歐拉 (Frank Viola)與名人堂投手布萊列文(Bert Blyleven)在4天內出賽2場，球隊最終勝出。 另外，2002年還在天使隊的雷基(John Lackey)，以及03年成名的貝奇特(Josh Backett) ，都是在世界大賽只休息3天便銜命先發，兩個人都贏了。 即便「中3日」可能對選手造成傷害，同時也影響該員調整，但是在季後賽中為了贏，球 團得不擇手段取勝，球員本身心理也都得先有準備，目的都只有一個，就是世界大賽冠軍 。 http://ppt.cc/AGwj -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.83.195.232

大陸漁船越界進入金門海域捕魚，海巡署金門海巡隊與縣府護漁小組強力驅離、取締及清除佈設漁網，維護漁民權益，維護海洋資源。

金門海巡隊3日起每天出動3艘巡防艇與縣府護漁小組租用配備捲揚機設備的漁船「進嚮1號」、「晟豐號」組成聯合查緝船隊，部署在復國墩、大岩嶼及猛虎嶼海域，強力取締和驅離越界捕魚的大陸漁船並清除佈網。

金門海巡隊表示，截至7日，聯合船隊驅離54艘非法作業大陸漁船，並將嚴重危害海洋資源的大型拖網漁船帶案處分4艘16人，查扣大型拖網2件、拖網滾輪1條50公尺、網板2片，並清除非法網具180多件每件長約50公尺。

金門海巡隊強調，大陸籍漁船越界捕魚頻繁，將持續擴大掃蕩取締，以維護金門漁民權益。民眾如發現海上不法情事或需海事服務，可打海巡「118」免費報案電話或透過台灣區漁業廣播電台通報服務。

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市一名陳姓男子（48歲）自組「壯丁幫」，涉嫌假藉收取「補貼社區清潔費」為由，向前鎮區君毅正勤社區內的黃昏市場攤販，每月收取1萬元費用，另向夜市攤販也收1萬元，不給錢就潑糞、潑油漆，甚至毆打對方。

高市刑大偵五隊與前鎮、小港分局獲報展開蒐證，發現至少有10人受害，經將陳男等人提報治平檢肅對象，上周逮綽號「壯丁」的壯丁幫首領陳男，及其手下張男（45歲）與李男（56歲），另該社區委員鄭男（51歲）疑共同涉案，4人全被帶回偵訊，惟鄭男否認涉入，4人被移送地檢署，陳男與張男被收押，另2人飭回。

板上各位前輩先進好 由於近期面臨職涯規劃相關問題，想跟各位請益 以下為經歷簡述 技職體系 企管系 2006年畢業 為實現兒時願望，畢業後到補習班當了近一年半的老師 離開後補習考研究所，沒考上，因此中間近一年的時間是無工作的狀態 之後進了網路行銷公司 - 二個多月 後生病離職休養 連鎖加盟品牌總部(約三年，旗下品牌小有知名度)-行銷企劃、PM，於去年四月離職 本土保養品公司(去幫朋友的忙，屬階段性只待二個多月) -產品行銷企劃 朋友的舞團一樣去幫忙，擔任行銷企劃 約半年 最近一個 醫美集團 產品行銷企劃 (半年，品牌也還蠻有知名度的，因故離開) 很尷尬的，從去年離職後工作都做不到一年 年近而立之年，這兩年的工作資歷如此混亂且未有任何初階主管職務之經歷 不知道是怎樣的原因讓我無法提升，薪水也未有漲進 剛好離開後，有位廠商(是位圈內知名造型師)希望我去協助她個人品牌與事業的行銷 她說做兼職的也行，希望我考慮 我思考著是否用半年的時間，去完備年久失修的外語能力 ? 只是這樣我在一般公司的資歷又會再空半年以上…真的很尷尬啊 各位前輩先進可否給點建議 ˊˋ 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.234.218

【吳國仲／台北報導】昨天深夜11時許，一群來自台大、清大、政大等學校的40多名學生與民眾，跑到總統府前發動抗議，他們走到總統府正門時，突然拿出標語，呼喊口號，表達對馬英九政府的不滿，並以「馬吳江下台、人民除三害」作訴求。
 
積極參與社會運動的清大陳為廷，代表抗議群眾發言，強調他們已無法容忍政府的「亂政」，從大埔案、服貿爭議到最近的馬王政爭，搞到民不聊生。他說，在這樣的時刻，那有國慶可慶祝。直到凌晨1時許，警方以違反集會遊行法在舉牌警告4次後，開始強制驅離，將40多名群眾拉上警備車，才結束這次意外抗爭。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】阿根廷總統費南德茲（Cristina Fernandez）昨（8日）完成腦部手術，成功去除頭蓋骨下的血塊。政府發言人表示，手術一切順利，總統還留在加護病房治療，但沒有任何併發症。

費南德茲5日到醫院檢查時，發現顱內出血，醫生下令休假一個月。現年60歲的費南德茲，其實早在8月時不慎跌倒撞到頭，但當時醫生檢查後稱並無大礙，但費南德茲仍感到不適，才發現顱內出血，加上左臂已出現無力症狀，醫療團隊才決定為這位女總統動手術。
