【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭人的攝影師張恆瑞，透過攝影採集蘭陽的美與愛，當得知羅東聖母醫院籌建老人醫療大樓，尚需龐大經費，毅然決定把41幅攝影作品義賣，義賣所得將全數捐贈羅東聖母醫院「老人醫療大樓籌建基金」，為蘭陽在地公益盡一份棉薄之力。
 
羅東聖母醫院說，張恆瑞攝影展今中午起至11月30日，每天中午12時至下午5時  (星期6及日休展)，在聖母醫院紀念大樓A棟7樓健康管理中心展出，41幅作品均有6000至8000元義賣標價，共襄盛舉的民眾，請洽詢羅東聖母醫院募款中心，電話：03-9556631。

【丁牧群／台北報導】男同志祈家威今年3月與邱姓男伴侶到台北市萬華戶政事務所登記結婚遭拒，理由是《民法》規定必須「1男1女」才能結婚。祈家威向內政部訴願遭駁後，提起行政訴訟，台北高等行政法院今下午首度開庭。

55歲的祈家威10多年前曾與男伴侶到台北地院公證結婚遭拒，他當時打行政訴訟、聲請釋憲均失敗，是台灣同志運動先鋒。今天他開庭前受訪說：「這次我找朋友『配合』登記結婚，打官司是希望爭取同志婚姻合法化。」

祈家威表示，去年有同志伴侶陳敬學與高治瑋打行政訴訟爭取婚姻權，但因外界壓力而撤告，他要接棒打行政訴訟，因為同志婚姻是「正常人做對的事」，政府沒理由不准。
