標題[問題] EH的即可拍30秒粉凝霜(生火/滅火)

之前看到朋友的底妝白皙有光澤 覺得很美 便問她是哪個牌子的粉底 她說是Etude House新出的粉凝霜(舒芙蕾粉底) 其實之前也不是沒對蘭芝的舒芙蕾粉底動心 但手邊一直不乏底妝產品 (REVLON高感光/妙巴黎果然美肌/ZA清透美肌... 但都被我清掉了) 現在甚至有媚比琳的粉紅盒粉餅 雖然便宜 可也好用到動了不想換底妝的念頭 不過最近Etude House也週年慶了(看看上面的文章) 粉凝霜+替換蕊才$680 剛好我要去歐洲待一年 一直猶豫要不要換成保濕的底妝產品 好像只有在批踢踢美妝版才會看到這款產品的負評?! 【潘姵如、塗豐駿、呂志明╱台北報導】富商遭徵信業者跟拍恐嚇！傳統產業一名製鞋富商，疑遭商業競爭對手委託一統徵信，跟拍他與外遇小三的出入畫面，但徵信人員跟拍月餘毫無所獲，上月底一統徵信一名員工，突持跟拍畫面向富商恐嚇二十萬元「封口費」，富商心生畏懼趕緊向警方報案，警方昨拘捕包括一統徵信總經理在內的六名員工，檢察官複訊後，昨晚各以二至十萬元將六人交保。

　　小時候沒有影音聲光絢爛的 PSP、PS3，彩色的吃電怪物 Game Gear 與 經典黑白畫面的 GameBoy 堪稱是當時小朋友的神器，只要帶到學校去，就可以馬上體驗到何謂「尊爵、不凡」！但是其實在仔細回憶一下，不知道還有多少人記得《GAME & WATCH》？

還有多少人記得這玩意啊？

　　這大概是六七年級生幼時的回憶了，《GAME & WATCH》原本是由日本遊戲大廠任天堂在 1980 年至 1991 年間開發的攜帶型遊戲機，其最主要的特色是一款遊戲機中僅配有一款遊戲，這類型的遊戲機在當時其實銷路非常的好，也刺激了幾時間遊戲與玩具製造商跟波製造，今天所要介紹的《Western Bar》就是 CASIO 在 1991 年推出的經典產品。

這款遊戲在當時真的超經典的！

　　《Western Bar》的遊戲很簡單，玩家操作的牛仔會在酒吧中穿梭著，酒保會不斷地往外丟杯子、盤子，玩家只要擊中酒保丟出來的東西就可以得分，但是要是擊中炸藥就會死掉。除了這樣會死掉外，遊戲中的旁觀民眾嫌你太吵、對你砸東西沒有閃開的話也是會死掉的喔。

完全模擬當時的掌機按鈕

玩家要擊破酒保砸出來鍋碗瓢盆

民眾要是嫌你太吵的話，會對你施展攻擊

要是被打到就會死掉囉！

中間會有盜匪進來酒吧攻擊你

邱姓網友將寵物臘腸壓在地上玩拖地，被質疑有虐狗之嫌，且態度強硬不願撤下影片。 圖／台灣動物緊急救援小組提供

台灣動物緊急救援小組9日接獲投訴，指一名自稱「JsDon」的邱姓網友，將飼養的臘腸狗當拖把在地上來回拖拉10多次，自拍「有人家的臘腸也喜歡當拖把嗎？」影片張貼上網，愛狗網友看不過去要求刪除影片，飼主竟回嗆「沒有刪除影片的必要」，志工倪京台說，將聯絡新竹動物防疫單位約談飼主到案說明。

倪京台表示，從影片內容中飼主把自家狗兒當拖把壓制在地來回磨擦，有可能造成狗兒背部及脊椎受傷；雖無虐待動物本意，但明顯是惡作劇，飼主頸戴十字架卻明顯不尊重弱小生命，做了最負面的示範，可能違反動保法第6條，調查屬實可處新台幣1萬5000元至7萬5000元。

邱姓網友本月6日自拍一段長50秒的影片，只見影片中一隻白色小型臘腸犬被壓制在地板上，被當拖把抹布一般來回磨擦；施虐者還在旁配音「幫你拖地好不好」、「你還想要嗎」、「牠真的很喜歡啊」、「來！拖乾淨一點」，一旁傳來陣陣笑聲。

有愛狗網友看不過去，留言要求貼文者刪除影片，沒想到飼主竟回嗆「個人覺得沒有刪除（影片）的必要」。網友氣不過，向台灣動物緊急救援小組投訴。

倪京台說，多位志工根據網友提供線索，查出飼主應是新竹某大學畢業、現居新竹縣湖口鄉的邱姓民眾，將聯絡新竹地區動物防疫單位約談飼主到案說明。

中壢市民代表會副主席劉威德、周秀玲夫妻，涉嫌收受建商300萬元賄款，桃園調查站前天依貪汙罪嫌，將2人移送桃園地檢署，檢方複訊後，裁定各以50萬元交保。

劉威德夫妻昨天喊冤，劉威德說，他與從事代書的妻子彼此不干涉對方工作，「她是她，我是我」，他根本不認識建商，「我怎可能會拿錢替人關說這事」。

檢調年初偵辦建商行賄桃園縣政府工務局技士，協助快速取得使用執照案，意外查出案外案。

桃檢說，永福開發董事長黃文山，2006年在中壢市仁祥段購地，打算開發華勛建案，苦無聯外道路，2010年由周秀玲（44歲）出面，相約在劉威德（54歲）的辦公室，談妥以300萬元代價，由劉威德出面，向中壢市公所遊說將該地的水利溝用地徵收。

檢方查出，數天後黃開出300萬元支票，交付給周女，然後周女再轉交給游姓企業友人保管，1周內游就提示支票，提領300萬元現金再交給周女。

桃檢指出，劉威德後來多次到中壢市公所市長室，找負責都發業務的張姓專員疏通，建議徵收水利地開發市區道路，但張員每次都以「依規定沒徵收必要」回絕，來來往往2年都未能如願，黃文山去年5月放棄，將地轉售彭姓建商，但300萬元賄款未歸還。

劉威德否認關說：「我根本不知道我太太所做的事情。」前晚返家後，他向妻子詢問，妻子也很生氣，認為是被冤枉的。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】●中國人民銀行（人行）前貨幣政策委員李稻葵指出，葉倫出掌Fed，代表熱錢將進一步湧入中國，人民幣將長期升值，人行貨幣政策調整，恐陷入應該降息抑制熱錢流入，還是升息打壓通膨的兩難局面。
●日本首相安倍晉三經濟顧問濱田宏一也示警說：「葉倫將維持寬鬆貨幣立場，一旦日圓走強威脅日本經濟，日本央行必須採取行動。」
●民幣日圓可能走升
●南韓企劃財政部國際金融政策局局長崔熙男說：「葉倫歷練豐富，作為一名決策官員，她游刃有餘。」
●印尼央行副行長瓦吉耶（Perry Warjiyo）說：「美國政府部分關門導致美國經濟出現不確定性，政府關門也可能會削弱美國經濟。葉倫比其他聯準會候選人的立場更偏寬鬆，推估聯準會不會很快縮減量化寬鬆。」
●根據《華爾街日報》報導，葉倫將持續實施寬鬆貨幣政策，縮減公債收購計劃時間將延緩，亞洲新興國家可望從中受惠。
