台南擬再設2處拖吊場　議員籲踩煞車：不要把市民當肥羊 2012年7月11日 17:34 記者莊漢昌／台南報導 台南市警力缺額近千人，治安評比全國倒數第2，市府竟然還要成立2處拖吊場，並抽調警 力支援。市議員陳文科、杜素吟、蔡淑惠11日聯袂要求市府踩煞車，不要再把市民當肥羊 痛宰，引發民怨。交通局副局長林炎成則解釋此案是以統包方式委外，別有於以往的計件 委外，且僅嚴重違規才拖吊。 陳文科議員表示，台南縣市未合併前，執行交通違規拖吊業務，除了縣市交通隊外，亦委 外設有新營、永康、隆田（縣部分）及政昌（市部分）等民間拖吊場；而縣市合併後，交 通局未全盤掌握全市各區車輛進出車次與週轉率等實際問題，就草率決定要在「東區、仁 德區、歸仁區」及「中西區、北區」設置2拖吊場，且於7月3日辦理委外公開招標，然因業 者興趣缺缺而流標。且拖吊場的設置地點，是讓業者自行提出，業者為省成本，可能設置 偏遠區域，車輛一旦違規被拖吊，車主取車也成問題。 杜素吟議員指出，全市汽車有57萬輛，但公有路邊停車格位才13,315個，再加上路外停車 場2,583個，總共不到1萬6千個停車位，尤其鬧區一位難求，當前交通局在未能有效解決市 區停車問題之前，竟然還要委外設置拖吊場執行違規拖吊，以增加市庫的收入，會讓人質 疑是市長找老百姓麻煩，她呼籲市府不要再吸老百姓的血，即使財政再困難，此案也行不 得也。 蔡淑惠議員說，台南市目前員警僅有4362人，依規定最高可配置5351人，且遠見雜誌公佈 治安表現評比，台南市排名全國倒數第2破案率低迷，若交通局規劃再闢建二處拖吊場，市 警局務必要再抽調至少14名警力支援，警力一旦再「失血」，讓人擔心未來的治安狀況， 因此她建議先補足所有的警力，再談設置新的拖吊場。 市警局交通隊說，目前台南市三處拖吊場的營運狀況，以南區2500多件汽機車違規最多， 其次則是永康區的460件及新營的391件，未來拖吊汽機車將以影響交通出入及嚴重違規為 主。 http://www.nownews.com/2012/07/11/91-2833438.htm ※ 引述《huang0505 (天地玄黃)》之銘言： : 　記者王捷／台南報導 : 　高雄委外拖吊流標五次，不到十天就造成交通大亂。台南自從縣市合併後，已兩年沒有 : 委外拖吊，交通亂象可想而知。昨日有民眾報案，資源回收車也違停在路邊，但警方到場 : 之後資源回收車已離去。 : 　警方指出，資源回收車可能只是「臨停」在巷口收垃圾，民眾因為行車不便才報案。 : 　黃姓民眾表示，來台南七年，對於台南的違停已經麻木了，不僅是紅、黃線違停，連巷 : 子裡都停滿了車，騎樓地更成了住家的車庫，甚至還占用了人行道，台南的巷子小，且大 : 部分都未劃線，所以如果有車停在未劃線的巷子裡，造成行車不便也無法拖吊。 : 　警方指出，車子若停在未劃線的區域，造成民眾交通不便，警方會依據車牌號碼聯絡車 : 主移車，但若違停劃線區，警方會依程序開罰單。不過，開出十張紅單，大概只有五個人 : ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ : 會繳罰款，對於交通狀況也不會立即改善，建議交通隊加強拖吊比較有實質效果。 : 　警員私下說，交通隊的拖吊車僅有兩輛，在縣市合併前，市政府怕得罪選民，不願意委 : 外拖吊，因此提高招標的門檻，才會流標三次，這早是公開的秘密。市府為了選票不願拖 : 吊，這種消極的作為，最後受害的還是市民。 : 　 : 2013/10/09 19:20 : http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131010/news/nxyzh/T90058002013100919204904.htm -- God save our gracious Queen, Long live our noble Queen, God save the Queen! 【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國天文學家昨日表示，在太陽系外發現一個「寂寞行星」，它在太空中獨自漂浮，並無恆星圍繞運轉。

目前這顆系外行星名為「PSO J318.5-22」，距地球僅80光年，質量是木星的6倍。它約在1200萬年前形成，在同輩中被視為行星新生兒。

北投麗禧溫泉酒店 電話：02-28988888 地址：台北市北投區幽雅路30號 http://www.gvrb.com.tw/ 消費日期：2013/09 網誌圖文版：http://lotuslin.pixnet.net/blog/post/40937421 秋日漸涼，又到了可以泡湯暖呼呼的日子， 住在台北最棒的地方就是可以搭大眾運輸輕鬆抵達北投烏來等等地方~ 這次要來分享的是北投麗禧酒店的泡湯＋美食（９月）， 飯店提供了免費接駁，地點是在北投捷運站出口， 印象中是半小時一班，不用事先登記，舒適又方便～ 麗禧酒店就在北投文物館的旁邊，多年前曾經參觀用餐過，也是個好地方～ 這次的專案為個人湯屋+雍翠庭or歐陸餐廳午餐，雙人價$3,000 不過這是2013/9的方案，目前我看官網方案已經更新囉！ 但依舊可以參考餐點和個人風呂~ 湯屋部分在美食版就不PO了~(網誌) 餐廳位於大廳兩側，中間除了露天休息區， 還有一間水岸茶屋提供茶點， 右邊的雍翠庭提供中式餐點，四面大片落地環窗， 光線非常充足，視野舒適。 這次我們選了左邊的歐陸餐廳， 開放式的廚房，一樣都是大面落地窗， 舒適的自然光源，挑高簡雅， 餐巾折成了可愛的西裝衣領，高質感的Menu， 一走進就能感受到度假的悠閒氣氛。 專案搭配的是午間套餐$680， 另外也有$980~$1680的套餐可以選擇， 主餐.沙拉.湯品.甜點皆不同外，還多了前菜。 小小的蓋子掀開盡是驚喜， 特製的鴨肉抹醬，與豬肉混合調製， 吃起來有點像是鮪魚的濕潤口感， 味道我還挺喜歡的！第一次吃到這種抹醬～非常特別。 烤得燙手的主廚手工麵包， 鬆軟的小圓法，意猶未盡又續了一份， 另一是比較扎實的雜糧口味。 南法尼斯鮪魚沙拉 這份沙拉擺盤真的是漂亮到捨不得下手， 炙烤油亮的鮪魚帶著紅，軟嫩又帶著炙燒的香氣， 豆子脆甜、絲絲洋蔥嗆，橄欖酸都讓沙拉更顯口感的豐富層次， 點綴的法國麵包，用料精緻用心，特製醬汁更讓蔬菜顯得鮮甜， 我是很討厭吃沙拉的人， 但這份沙拉真的是我吃過最用心的沙拉， 讓我一掃而空還念念不忘！ 歐陸例湯 清甜的蔬菜湯，雖然簡單卻也樸實順口。 法式油封鴨腿佐里昂式炒洋芋 底下的炒洋芋非常非常的香， 更是我吃過最優秀的油封鴨腿， 皮酥，鴨腿處理的非常入味， 洋芋也是偏濃郁的味道，整體來說稍偏鹹了點！ 新鮮芒果白桃冰沙 白桃冰沙非常清爽，輕甜冰涼， 粉嫩粉橘的甜點，很可愛的收尾！ 附餐原只有咖啡或茶，但我都不敢喝，換成了柳橙汁， 但就是很一般的濃縮還原果汁，有點可惜～ 整套餐點有許多令人驚艷之處，水準之高在意料之外， 也要大大推薦一下歐陸餐廳的服務，親切又專業！ -- ★奇奇一起玩樂趣★ https://www.facebook.com/chi.lin.5220 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.211.93
