【李恩慈／台南報導】威力彩一注獨得12.5億的台南玉井中山路旺旺來彩券行老闆娘呂錦蓮接獲消息後，開心地在店門前放鞭炮慶祝，呂錦蓮說，開店近七年，僅有之前中獎過一次大樂透二獎兩百多萬元，這是首次中頭獎，「會興奮到睡不著覺了！」
 
呂錦蓮說，昨天下午按慣例向店內供奉的土地公上香時，突然心血來潮向土地公說了幾句：「祢每天在我店內坐鎮，如果這次沒中個頭彩，會讓我很沒面子耶！」沒想到竟會幸運開出頭獎。
 
呂錦蓮說，店內固定熟客不多，都是來來去去的遊客居多，實在沒印象到底是哪位幸運兒得獎。已有不少玉井在地民眾得知開出頭彩消息後，連夜上門購買彩券，希望沾沾喜氣。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】阿根廷一名6歲男童，自4歲開始愛作女童打扮，由於年紀太小，不宜進行變性手術，不過官方向他發放新身份證和出生證明，允許性別一欄由「男」改做「女」，成為該國首宗確認未成年人士轉變性別的個案。

原名曼努爾(Manuel)男童，2年前發現自己「男兒身、女兒心」，開始作女童打扮，家人和朋友都改稱他為露露(Lulu)。當局為露露批出經修訂的出生證明，以及女性身份證，現在他的新名是盧雅娜(Luana)。

阿根廷去年通過性別認同法，允許有需要人士可以在官方文件更改姓名和性別。盧雅娜的媽媽，很高興女兒的身份及權利得到社會認同。

【黃楷棟／新北報導】新北市1名洪姓男子上月2度至板橋區新埔市場買蝦，李姓女攤販2次均給予不足的斤兩矇騙，洪男第2次買完立刻到隔壁攤位秤重，一秤發現斤兩不足氣的打電話報警，待警方抵達處理時還氣的大罵李女真是有夠「蝦」。
 
據了解，洪男第一次付了200元買了21兩蝦子，返家欲烹煮時發現活蝦斤兩不足，一秤發現僅剩13兩多，氣的返回市場理論但李女已收攤。隔週洪男再度前往李女攤販買蝦，李女仍用同樣說辭鼓吹洪男購買，洪男付了200元立刻到隔壁雞肉攤秤重，卻發現竟連18兩都不到，兩人爭執之後請警方到場。李女到派出所時表示由於蝦子本身含水，加上蝦頭有刺將袋子刺破致水流出才不足重，她並沒有欺騙顧客的意思，但洪男堅提告訴，警方受理後依詐欺罪嫌將李女函送法辦。
