NBA火箭和溜馬今晚將在馬尼拉打熱身賽，兩隊預計明天凌晨抵台，13日再移師台北小巨蛋對決。

2013至2014年美國職籃（NBA）海外熱身賽，休士頓火箭和印第安納溜馬今晚在菲律賓馬尼拉交手，也是火箭第2場熱身賽，上一場他們以115比116輸給紐奧良鵜鶘。

溜馬上季晉級季後賽，一路挺進東區冠軍戰，和邁阿密熱火廝殺7場才以3比4遭淘汰，以強悍的防守能力著稱。

對於即將和溜馬交手，火箭官網今天報導，火箭「大鬍子」哈登（James Harden）認為，對方上季的確讓他感到棘手，「所以我期待早點面對這個挑戰，讓我提早進入狀況。」

火箭也有許多問題有待解答，艾希克（Omer Asik）因為傷勢有段時間沒有練習，外界還沒見識到艾希克和霍華德（Dwight Howard）搭檔的效果，因此「二年級生」瓊斯（Terrence Jones）和莫提尤納斯（Donatas Motiejunas）也獲得了上場時間。

火箭總教練麥海爾（Kevin McHale）指出，瓊斯和莫提尤納斯都還是年輕球員，他們的確要花時間了解如何幫助球隊。

【張貴翔╱新北報導】老爸有事先閃人！新北市一名毒品通緝犯昨天早上開車載三個孩子出門，經中興橋時，遇國慶日維安警員攔檢，男子顧不得車上孩子，趁隙翻越橋面護欄跳下水，孩子見父親棄他們而去，瞪大雙眼哭說：「爸爸怎麼不見了？」警方安撫後通知母親領回，消防員半小時後發現抱著橋墩在河面上載浮載沉的男子，僅腳部撞傷。

警方表示，毒品通緝犯李姓男子（三十九歲）被判刑八個月，昨天上午九時他開車載著大兒子（十三歲）、小兒子（十二歲）及女兒（九歲）自三重至台北，經中興橋時遇見警方盤查，他講話支支吾吾，不斷提供假訊息，並趁警方不注意，快速穿越機車道，翻越護欄跳下七層樓高的淡水河。

妻斥：出事怎辦

警方被李男突如其來的動作嚇到，車上三名小孩更是瞪大雙眼不敢置信，含淚問：「爸爸去那裡？怎麼不見了？」警方趕緊安撫，隨後在車上找到李男的名片，急忙打電話通知孩子的母親來處理，三名小孩見到媽媽立即撲上前擁抱，李妻聽了警方說明，一臉憤怒，痛罵李男：「丟下了孩子又跳河，出事我該怎麼辦！」

通緝送法院執行

李男跳河後，消防員派船艇打撈，半小時後發現李男抱著橋墩在河面載浮載沉，神情相當痛苦，立即將他拉上船送醫，他的雙腳跳河時受到撞擊受傷，身上並無大礙。
李男告訴警方，本來要帶孩子到台北談工作，打算事情告一段落就去自首，未料看見警察一時心慌才冒險跳河，他坦承跳河後很害怕，「慶幸孩子沒事，不然我會後悔一輩子！」警方訊後將李男解送地檢署執行，三名小孩交由李妻帶回。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天宣布，立法院院會一旦召開將立即提倒閣案。國民黨團書記長林德福表示，倒閣根本是「假議題」，黨團明天中午舉行黨團大會，將取得「絕對不支持」共識，不可能讓倒閣案跨過全體立委二分之一門檻。

本周立法院程序委員會「擺烏龍」，導致明天立法院會「沒有議程」，立法院長王金平今天表示，已經發出院會開會通知，只要有人提案，仍可以處理議事。換言之，民進黨最快可在明天提出倒閣案。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池指出，院會議程未定，國民黨團將先提出議事日程草案，若民進黨反對，則以表決方式決定議程；通過國民黨版本議程日程草案後，先進行報告事項，再邀請行政院長江宜樺報告；民進黨可在宣讀報告事項前提出倒閣。

根據憲法增修條文規定，不信任案提出七十二小時「冷靜期」後，四十八小時內需召開全院委員會審查，並以記名方式投票表決。林鴻池指出，若民進黨今天提出不信任案，下周一可舉行全院委員會推派政黨代表發言審查，下周二院會就可表決。

動畫電影「食破天驚2」在美國開出票房佳績，該片中文版請到胡宇威為片中男主角發明家富林配音。初次獻聲的胡宇威表示，他從小就愛看動畫，因此一接到邀約毫不猶豫答應，但他坦承，自己在美國長大，英文比中文流利，所以一開始相當緊張，擔心中文「不輪轉」，常常配音導演說可以了，他主動要求再試一次，最高紀錄一句台詞重複講十幾次才OK。

胡宇威笑說，配音10天，每天5個小時，工作完成後發現自己的中文咬字清楚標準許多，像上了正音班，也算是意外的收穫。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨0時許，樹林大慶街傳出一起自殺憾事，一名20多歲陳姓女子，獨自在住處內以燒炭的方式輕生，警消到場檢視女子生命跡象，發現死亡已有一段時間，遂保留現場，交由警方調查女子尋短的原因。
 
新北市消防局昨深夜11時許接獲報案，稱有人將自己鎖在家中，有可能會自殺，警消獲報後立即前往，破門進屋後發現該女躺在臥房內，發現該女子已死亡一段時間，警方鑑識人員到場後，發現陳女在臥室裡燒炭，但採集跡證時並未發現遺書，親友向警消說明，陳女最近有感情上的困擾，可能因此導致心情低落，家屬最近2天都連絡不上陳女，覺得隱隱不安，沒想到卻傳出如此憾事。
