【陳如嬌／台北報導】中興航空2002年至今總共發生4起直昇機失事意外，造成5人死亡、4人重傷，失事直昇機的機型都是BK-117，今天又折損1架BK-117後，中興航空目前只剩1 架此種機型。

中興航空第1起BK-117失事意外是發生在2002年10月7日，正副駕駛和載著6名乘客的直昇機從松山機場起飛，執行大霸尖山登山步道及地形的空中勘查任務，迫降在山巔新達池附近，飛機尾翼及起落架結構受損，所幸無人員傷亡。

第2起失事意外是發生在2008年5月24日，直昇機從松山機場飛往金門尚義機場，塔台要求實施ILS(Instrument Landing System) 儀器降落系統進場，結果直昇機墜毀在跑道草地，造成機毀和3名機組員重傷。

第3起是發生在2009年7月10日，直昇機執行緊急醫療後送任務，在由松山機場返回金門尚義機場時失聯，最後證實直昇機墜海，副駕駛和1名醫護佐罹難，正駕駛受重傷。

今天這一起在玉山北峰氣象站北面迫降失事空難意外，造成正、副駕駛張正綱、林益淇和氣象站人員陳文忠共3人不幸罹難。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國國會遲遲無法就解決財政僵局提案達成協議，美國3A信評遭惠譽（Fitch）列入「負向」觀察名單，惟投資人對美國終將避免違約倒債仍抱希望，亞股午盤平盤震盪，各國漲跌互現。
 
亞太各國股市午盤包括中國下跌1.4%、香港、印尼下跌0.4%，南韓、日本則平盤震盪，澳洲、紐西蘭小漲0.2%，新加坡、馬來西亞則上漲0.5%。
 
美國眾議院解決財政僵局提案破局，參議院啟動新一輪協商，但要等到台北時間今天午夜才會再度召開會議，眼看10月17日債限迫近，美國國會仍遲遲無法達成協議，信評機構惠譽將美國AAA最優債信評等列入負向觀察名單，反映降級風險。

在 Google Reader 成為昨日黃花後，我一直就是使用 Feedly 作為電腦、手機、平板上的 RSS 新聞訂閱服務與軟體。或許 Feedly 對部份朋友來說有不適合之處，但其簡潔、清爽、穩定快速的介面，從訂閱、整理、分享上實用的功能，以及專屬的「新聞過濾推薦」，對我來說目前仍是取代 Google Reader 的首選。

一些 Feedly 比較常受到用戶詬病的問題，像是無法正確訂閱無名小站、奇摩部落格的文章，也隨著這些部落格在台灣關閉而不再是問題。另外像是 Feedly App 版每次打開就會自動更新，也在這次的最新 Android 版中修正。

今天 Feedly 17 for Android App 正式推出， iOS 版也準備提交審核了，在這個新版本中加快了載入捲動的流暢度，號稱速度提昇 300％；並且重新排版的文字圖片也將會更賞心悅目；另外在 Feedly 17 for Android 新版中還推出了「發現」功能，讓用戶可以探索那些尚未訂閱但熱門重要的優質新聞。

下面，則讓我們一起來看看 Feedly 17 Android 版閱讀器 App 有哪些值得我們一試的功能。我會以推薦「新功能」為主，但也順便介紹一下我們應該要知道的重點舊功能。

• 更清爽亮眼的新介面：

• 和 Facebook 更好的分享整合：

新版中如果你想將文章分享到 Facebook，可以有更快速流暢的分享介面整合。

• 捲動才更新：

之前很多朋友不喜歡一打開 Feedly 就自動更新文章，現在這個設計被拿掉了，打開 Feedly 更快速而且也不會雞婆更新，我們可以拉動訂閱清單來手動決定更新的時機。

• （舊功能推薦）選擇雜誌閱讀模式：

Feedly 多變的閱讀模式是我很喜愛的，可以適應不同的閱讀需求，例如可以走馬看花的就使用清單模式只看標題，需要仔細閱讀的分享就推薦使用「雜誌模式」看圖文摘要。

而且在雜誌閱讀模式中，會從一推新聞裡幫我們過濾出「相對熱門」的重點新聞，擺在最前面以封面故事的方式呈現，突顯重點，優化我們的閱讀效率。

• （舊功能推薦）最佳化閱讀版面：

有一些 RSS 訂閱來源不提供全文閱讀，沒關係，在 Feedly App 中可以選擇「 View Website 」展開全文閱讀，而且透過上方的「清除版面」按鈕，就能去掉網頁中的其他元素，只保留更易閱讀的內文圖文。

• （專業版功能）搜尋訂閱新聞的內文：

在新版 Feedly 17 for Android 中，終於加入了專業版付費用戶可以使用的內文搜尋功能。一樣利用右上方的搜尋按鈕，在查找訂閱管理外，點擊「xxxx in my feedly 」，就能搜尋已經訂閱且接收的新聞裡有沒有相應關鍵字的內容。

• 全新的「 Discover 」探索「遺漏的」熱門文章模式：

最後要推薦的是這次更新的一大重點。

在 Feedly 17 for Android App 中加入了一個「 Discover 」頻道，點擊後可以看到「我尚未訂閱」但是在 Feedly 上「很熱門」的新聞，有助於我發現新的訂閱管道，也可以讓我不錯失沒有訂閱到的新聞重點。

那麼這些被推薦的新聞重點來自於哪裡呢？就是來自於所有 Feedly 用戶在閱讀時的推薦分享！於是這樣的新聞閱讀器可以透過群眾的力量，也加入了新聞推薦的機制。

透過「 Discover 」模式找到好新聞的訂閱來源後，可以更快進行訂閱。另外這個發現頻道也有區分主題，從科技、遊戲、國際大事到廚房家居，我們可以在這裡找到自己平常「被社群氣泡過濾掉」，但其實很重要的新聞。

• 小結：

Feedly 17 for Android 在提昇了速度、品質，修正了一些用戶詬病的功能外，新加入了「發現」頻道讓 Feedly 在成為更好的 RSS 訂閱服務上又邁進了一步。

RSS 訂閱需要我們自己手動收集與訂閱新聞來源，這難免會有遺漏，也會讓訂閱的範圍有限制，而 Feedly 17 App 的「發現」功能則回頭去整個 Feedly 的用戶資料庫找出熱門新聞，推薦我們那些尚未訂閱的但被用戶推薦的消息。

這有助於我們找到更好的訂閱來源，也可以幫助我們打破過濾氣泡，看到自己訂閱以外的世界，是一個值得試試看的好功能。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國一名56歲愛德荷州議員布朗(James Brown)，在今年9月於一處飯店和一名44男子凡格莫特(Eric Vangemert)起爭執，但布朗竟當眾露出生殖器，還自稱「真男人」，並毆打對方，目前布朗已遭到移送法辦。

警方指出，凡格莫特承認當時對布朗口出穢言，但布朗馬上「露鳥」反擊，還將裸露的生殖器朝向凡格莫特的妻子說：「你看，真男人就是要這樣子。」之後員警趕到現場處理，發現凡格莫特的鼻子有傷痕，眼窩有「黑青」狀況，隨即將布朗和凡格莫特帶到警局訊問。

不過布朗這時說：「你不知道我是誰嗎？我是議員耶，這裡的人都認識我，我是不用受到法律限制的。」不過訊後警方仍依傷害罪和妨礙風化罪將布朗移送法辦，該案將在本月底開庭審理。

【王中聖／金門報導】中興航空今日上午8時許於玉山執行任務時不幸墜毀，造成機上三人罹難。據飛安會資料統計，該公司2008、2009年承作離島金門緊急醫療後送勤務合約時，也曾在尚義機場跑道邊與外海連摔兩架同型直昇機，造成2名機組人員罹難的不幸事件，其中2008年5月失事的直昇機，與今日上午墜毀的直昇機同為編號B-7700序列，兩架號碼為上下連號。

中興航空同型直昇機過去曾搭載不少金門鄉親緊急飛往台灣救治，挽回許多寶貴生命，今失事消息發生後，不少金門航站人員都表十分惋惜。自去年開始，因金門縣府緊急醫療後送勤務合約案屢屢流標，目前金門緊急後送委由空中勤務總隊派機支援。

【黃揚明／台北報導】陸委會主委王郁琦與中國國台辦主任張志軍在APEC中會面並互稱職銜，王郁琦認為是兩岸「互不否認治權」，但日前被國台辦發言人楊毅批評為「聯想過於豐富」。王郁琦上午在立院內政委員會答詢民進黨立委李俊俋質詢時，反嗆楊毅發言「不得體」，未來會向中國反應。

民進黨立委陳其邁問王郁琦是否曾主動要求與王志軍單獨會面？王郁琦說，陸委會有提出，但陸方有為難的理由，因此會面前一天確定以不期而遇方式見面，而互稱官銜則得到正面回應。陳批評，居然還沒確定會稱官銜你就見面？如果張志軍稱你負責人怎麼辦？王郁琦回應：「這並沒有發生。」

親民黨立委陳怡潔質疑，中國新華社報導王郁琦是台灣的兩岸事務負責人，這算什麼互稱官銜？王郁琦回應，要給他們一點時間，因為張志軍用嘴巴說出來已經很不容易了。
