【林佳樺╱台北報導】周玉蔻近日頻對小S開炮，馮光遠另闢火線，嗆周玉蔻「沒資格，滾到月球」。周昨上臉書回應：「光遠大哥好狠，蔻姐好怕。」馮開炮後，緊接著再轉發「周玉蔻假睫毛掉落」影片，補插周一刀，「如果這不叫『爬到眼睛裡的毛毛蟲』，那什麼才是『爬到眼睛裡的毛毛蟲』」？
 
「假睫毛掉落」影片不僅馮光遠轉發，周玉蔻自己也在臉書PO出這段影片，並在《蘋果日報即時新聞》網頁，拔得頭香親回留言，「别為難當天的化妝師了。我糗我糗我糗糗糗！謝謝各位抬愛，繼續轉轉轉！感恩呀！」網址為: http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/entertainment/20131015/275471/applesearch/
 
名人口水戰隨著時代科技變遷，從電視打到網路，馮光遠昨臉書「火力全開」砲轟周玉蔻，「報導政府新聞還跟政府官員睡覺」、「利用自家媒體公器私用大批黃義交」。周玉蔻隨後親上火線，「正面迎戰」馮光遠的攻擊。
 
周在臉書發表聲明：「光遠大哥好狠，蔻姐好怕；光遠大哥才華橫溢，尚祈自重，蔻姐永遠愛慕你！」不過，光遠先生文中敘述與事實不符，及牽涉他人和另一新聞機構部分，恐傷及無辜，特別說明：光遠先生所提往事，發生在十五年前。本人結婚至今已十二年，家庭生活平靜幸福，多謝光遠先生關心。黃義交先生據知目前服務商界，一切安好，十分為他祝福。

光遠先生所謂政府包案一事，實為台灣省政府委託台視播出，本人製作的台灣五十節目，紀念台灣光復五十年的感人故事。當時本人不屬於任何新聞機構，是獨立新聞廣播電視節目製作人。案件受託過程，亦經由監察院及台北地檢署調查絕無不法在案，文件檔案俱在，也請光遠先生明察。

嫉惡如仇，懲治不法，新聞工作者基本準則，願與光遠先生共勉。感謝。

【徐毓莉／台北報導】中華電信今宣布，今起針對網路用量較低的輕量型客戶，在3G放心講資費方案新增「上網計量包」服務，客戶可選擇196元/396元/796月租方案，且新增100MB100元羽量型或1GB180元中量型兩種上網計次型服務，上網價格內含在月租價中。

 「上網計量包」服務開通後30天內有效，當客戶剩餘傳輸量低於30MB、10MB與用罄時，以及服務有效期限屆滿前1天與屆滿時，都將發送簡訊主動通知。

【郭寶懃／台北報導】新北市三重區地政事務所將於本周六上午10點，依照去年的慣例，配合蘆洲區公所辦理「神將暨切仔麵嘉年華活動」，在三民高中提供地政諮詢服務隊，開放民眾前往洽詢。

新北市三重地政事務所主任莊月桂表示，本周六將在蘆洲三民高中提供實價登錄、重測換狀、未辦繼承登記、免書證謄本、埋設制式界標等相關地政業務諮詢服務，有需要洽詢的民眾可以前往。

玉山氣象站工友陳文忠上午搭乘中興航空直升機上玉山，不幸飛機墜毀罹難。中央氣象局副局長葉天降上午形容，失事殉職的陳文忠，是「隨傳隨到」認真負責盡職的工友，更是氣象站不可或缺的工作人員，他不幸殉職，讓氣象局同仁同感悲傷。

今年46歲的陳文忠，曾任職多個機構，到氣象局已有十多年。葉天降說，陳文忠在玉山氣象站工作認真負責、隨傳隨到，主要負責房舍維修、機房巡檢等工作，有時上下山還揹負50多公斤的重物，是玉山站很重要的一員。

由於陳文忠當時是在上班途中，氣象局認定他是「因公殉職」，將從優撫卹。初步估計撫卹金約240萬元，保險金給付約100餘萬元，氣象局也表示，會盡量從優再發放其他補助。

陳文忠的大哥上午第一時間接到通知，立即趕往塔塔加鞍部，姪子陳博雅則趕往南投等待叔叔遺體。陳博雅說，前晚還與叔叔共用晚餐，上午接到消息無法相信。他說，叔叔很敬業、很孝順，身亡之事還不敢讓80歲阿嬤知道。

他說，叔叔平常沒上工，一定回山上家中，陪伴阿嬤，天天幫阿嬤按摩做復健；每次回氣象站上班前，也要晚輩好好照顧阿嬤。

中興航空發生直升機墜毀事故，正駕駛張國綱、副駕駛林益淇不幸罹難。中興航空人員私下表示，張國綱是非常老實的人，沒有壞心眼，同事暱稱為「KK」；副駕駛林益淇則被暱稱為「一齒ㄟ」，是個非常好學的人，且正準備升正駕駛。

中興航空員工說，由於每趟飛行任務都很辛苦，因此同事間感情非常好，經常互相加油打氣。不幸罹難的張國綱和林益淇，更是優秀、經驗豐富的飛行員，發生意外讓人非常不捨與難過。

林益淇的妹妹上午低調指出，哥哥昨天才過完生日。家人上午9時左右接獲通知，當時她已經到公司上班，臨時緊急趕回家中處理，很難接受這個不幸消息。她簡短表示，正全心處理後續，不願意多談。
