【劉志原╱台北報導】作詞家李坤城指控音樂人羅大佑，擅將其作詞的《心肝寶貝》等6首台語歌曲，重製成為電腦點歌伴唱機、歌譜、光碟對外販售，向羅大佑求償40萬餘元，57歲的李坤城今帶著17歲小女友林靖恩到台北地院出庭後說，最近與女友一起讀書，過一陣子會將2人的愛情故事出書。
 
李坤城指控羅大佑違反著作權法案，日前台北地檢署調查後認為，罪證不足，已處分不起訴；民事部分昨開庭，羅大佑未親自出庭，他透過律師表示，刑事已不起訴，代表沒侵權。

【林浩昇／台北報導】賓士S-Class豪華旗艦房車，過去在國內深受企業老闆級買家青睞，而隨著德國原廠，在5月推出全新車型，台灣賓士也以最快時間導入，並在今（16）晚正式發表新車。由於是賓士品牌指標性意義車款，S-Class每次改款都挹注了不少當代頂尖科技，且在同集團和勞斯萊斯（Rolls-Royce）對抗的邁巴赫（Maybach）超高級車品牌收山後，賓士更企圖讓新S-Class產品陣線再往上提升，期望滿足金字塔頂端消費者的用車需求。
全新S-Class今日發表後，將提供4種車型選擇，並僅提供長軸車型。入門款為搭載3.0升V6柴油引擎的S350 BlueTEC，售價458萬元起，直接殺入500萬元內門檻。至於主攻節能的S400 Hybrid則為535萬元，搭載3.0升V6雙渦輪引擎的S400，售價則是571萬元，至於頂級使用4.7升V8雙渦輪引擎的S500，售價則是752萬元起，並均搭載7速手自排變速箱。
根據車商表示，由於賓士新S-Class陸續在全球上市後反應熱烈，因此今年底前僅取得約300輛配額，但截至目前為止全台展間已接獲約200張訂單，4種車型分佔總量的1/4比例，顯見客群分布相當平均，但對於市井小民來說，這種旗艦車的售價依然是高不可攀。
這次S-Class的獨步創新科技，包括全車捨棄了傳統鹵素燈泡，改用更節能的LED燈組，而為拉攏買家精心鋪陳的車艙，則使用了12.3吋的大型電子液晶儀錶，此外原廠更導入車壇僅見的車內香氛系統，以及熱石按摩座椅，COMAND Online多媒體系統則提供更進階的娛樂享受。

【林奕雯／綜合報導】韓國男子團體「U-KISS」人氣成員東澔，今透過所屬經紀公司宣布退團，將暫別演藝圈。經紀公司透露：「東澔年初開始萌生退意，考量體力、健康等狀態，自覺難以適應演藝生活，與父母商議後決定退團。」預定月底在韓出「輯」的U-KISS則以6人形式繼續活動，不會影響團體發片。
 
19歲的東澔，5年前隨U-KISS出道，小小年紀就踏入演藝圈的他，表示：「想過平凡人的生活，深思熟慮後決定退團。」讓許多粉絲很不捨。

【林修卉╱台北報導】台電為配合內湖的松湖高壓變電所輸電線路配置，從核一廠建置高壓電纜，將蓋27座電塔，其中有3座在台北花園城社區後山，最近的電塔距離民宅僅147公尺。民進黨立委姚文智今下午陪同台北花園城社區住戶，在立法院大門舉行記者會，反對台電擅自設置高壓電塔，危害居民生活環境安全。

台北花園城社區主委朱博明表示，社區後山有清朝時期興建的金面山古蹟，此處也是土石流易發生地區，為了古蹟與居民安全，堅決反對台電設電塔。

台北花園城社區住戶陳明源也說，社區共有576戶，現在台電要在後山蓋超大型的高壓電塔，電磁波對健康威脅很大，但健康無價，希望台電能改變計劃。

福容漁人碼頭飯店情人塔故障，新北工務局派員了解發現，飯店維修人員未按標準程序排除故障，是造成這次機械停擺主因。

工務局指出，情人塔於2011年正式對外營運後，飯店內部的機組人員每週檢查情人塔運作，市府每年也會進行安檢查核，而今年才於8月抽檢合格沒想到昨晚發生故障，導致遊客受困9小時事件。

工務局表示，上午派員會同技師前往查看，由於一般高空升降設備的設計，可能是風速過大造成設備自動斷電鎖死，但只要按標準程序按表操課就能排除故障，重新啟動。

工務局說，根據現場查核發現，飯店維修人員在情人塔斷電時，未按標準作業程序操作，才導致無法重新啟動，為避免類似意外再發生，已要求飯店停止情人塔營運，並在短期內提出緊急應變計畫。

工務局強調，等到飯店提出應變計畫，經會同經發局審核並確認安全無虞，才會同意情人塔重新營運。
