標題[變髮] FreeFrom-Blue染燙

趁著上班前來去整理一頭亂髮 之前就去過freefrom 但當時沒指定設計師 但看到blue豪邁的功法 就暗暗決定下次要找blue大叔 freefrom的新店很舒適 也很寬敞 貓咪也很多(咦?) 因為沒有太多的想法 只說了不要太捲 長度不要變太多 便交給blue設計 blue也很快就決定好 -- 慵懶的捲髮 由blue大叔親自上捲! 這點真的比很多都是由助理操刀的店好太多了!! blue看似豪邁的動作其實很小心 出來的捲度跟一開始給我看的照片相去不遠 我非常的滿意 之後跟同學吃飯他們也一直問我哪裡用的 真得很好看!!!!! 最後也很細心的教導我整理的方法! 售後服務也很棒-- 護髮一次 護髮素一瓶 頭髮香水一罐 龍捲風烘罩*1 最棒的是 剪劉海修髮尾只要店有開時到都OK啊!! 誠心推薦給每位愛貓的人士阿!(大誤) 啊 是誠心推薦給每位愛美的女士啦!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.155.184.74

標題[心得] 推板橋ASH KYI SALON Elvis 剪燙

2年多前是在師大Lusso Hair給Elvis用頭髮 從長髮到燙捲到染髮到短髮 一直都粉喜翻 但是它消失了半年,不知道跑哪去囉 呼呼 終於在他FB找到他的下落了 跟人合夥在板橋開店囉 不說那麼多 猶豫消失得半年 去給人燙壞頭髮 只好再找他補救囉 不惜從中和跑到板橋找她剪 先說店的裝潢好了 很漂亮,空間大,有質感 :) 在他消失這半年多 頭髮被某位設計師燙壞了 髮質整個orz TAT 跟ELVIS說!他說只幫我燙這次,要好好養髮留長了 跟他好好溝通我想要的捲度,還是跟以前一樣,給我選擇細心的翻開髮型書 問我想要的捲度,他翻了兩種 一種是內灣 一種是有蓬鬆的捲度的短髮 但感覺很像都不是我要的,於是我自己其實有準備囉 我就拿出我的手機裡面的照片跟他說我想要這樣的感覺, 於是他又重新翻了一遍髮型書,是不是跟這個差不多!! 嗯 其實我內心本來就很相信ELVIS!我相信它做出來的髮型我都會很滿意 所以我們很快達到共識,我就交給她處理囉^^ 先剪再燙 過程中 ELVIS都在旁邊相伴 所以很放心 過程中也都是自己來無可挑剔 所以我也很放心看我自己的雜誌囉 時間不知不覺過了 四小時 就期待成果了 洗完頭 ELVIS開始教我整理 往前穿乾 在稍微繞一下 在用髮蠟抓鬆!!! 阿阿阿 不知道是我不習慣還是怎樣 忽然覺得頭變好大阿 但是ELVIS 說絕對是不習慣 他覺得真得很好看!! 要我回去習慣 過了一天 早上醒了 看了自己的髮型 確實習慣了也滿意 真的不一樣 修飾臉型的蓬鬆短髮大捲也不賴 保濕產品抹一下就可以出門了:) 跟隨ELVIS 兩年半 值得推薦給大家的細心設計師~ Elvis CP值真的有高 Good 如想預約 可到FB搜尋 ASH KYI SALON.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.188.86

【陳培煌／台北報導】外交部晚間發布新聞稿表示，菲律賓中部薄荷省本今發生芮氏規模7.2地震，造成人員傷亡及財產損失。外交部已向馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）表達慰問與關懷之意，並透過我駐菲律賓代表處捐贈菲律賓政府10萬美元，協助災區人民早日重整家園及恢復正常生活。

外交部指出，目前災區並無我國遊客、台商及僑民傷亡，外交部及駐菲律賓代表處將持續關注相關情勢。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】 花蓮刑警大隊接獲線報，以陳姓男子為首的3人販毒集團，日前到台北市購買毒品欲返鄉販售。警方今派員在蘇花公路巡邏攔截，晚間7時許發現陳男駕駛休旅車返鄉，臨時決定在鄰近的匯德隧道夾擊，先淨空隧道後，聯繫警網從兩端包抄，4名幹員派和3名霹靂小組幹員連開7槍，打破左前輪及引擎蓋，才讓3嫌束手就擒。警方在車內搜出一把制式手槍、鐵氟龍子彈14發及毒品，全案在偵訊中。
 
 警方表示，男子陳志明（42歲，有毒品及槍砲前科）在玉里鎮擁槍自重，鄉里間橫行無阻，今年4月間不滿一名洪姓男子講話囂張，趁夜摸黑就朝洪男停在檳榔攤外的車輛連開兩槍逃逸。警方在追捕過程發現他平均3天就換1支手機號碼，行蹤難以掌握。
 
警方今得知他北上購買安非他命返鄉，掌握行蹤後決定在蘇花公路匯德隧道攔截，先將隧道內淨空後前後包夾，陳男卻加速逃逸。警方先後對空鳴槍4發後就朝車上打，打爆左前輪才讓3嫌就範。警方從車內起出制式槍枝1把、子彈14發、安非他命20.4公克，全案正擴大偵辦中。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】102年全國運動會19日舉行，縣長林聰賢今天授旗並為替宜蘭縣代表隊的選手們加油打氣。
 
宜蘭縣長林聰賢表示，宜蘭縣的選手在中國舉行的東亞運中獲得好成績，包括奪金的體操和奪下銀牌及銅牌的武術等選手，都來自宜蘭。他指出，運動賽事除要好的體能與技術養成外，更重要的是心理建設，宜蘭縣雖人口少，但運動項目的基礎在過去均已打下好基礎。
 
宜蘭縣教育處長吳清鏞表示，宜蘭縣選手在體操、划船、輕艇、標槍、武術及撞球等均是今年奪牌的重點項目，而帆船、角力、跆拳、足球及籃球則是奪排潛力。他指出，在中國舉行的東亞運動會中獲得吊環金牌的體操選手陳智郁，此次也會代表宜蘭縣出賽，另外獲得武術方面獲得銀牌與銅牌的選手，也將投入賽事，奪牌機會相 當高。
 
林聰賢表示，「十年磨一劍」，林聰賢說，104年全國運動會在高雄舉行，緊接著宜蘭縣也將承辦106年的全國運動會。他呼籲選手 要開始做準備，提身單項選手，並在此次賽事中大展身手。他也說，上屆全國運動會宜蘭縣以13金、18銀、5銅排名第八，扣除五都和桃園等大縣，宜蘭縣得牌 數僅輸彰化，他呼籲選手們再接再厲，這次比賽能更往前邁進一名。
 
這次宜蘭縣有266名選手參賽，代表隊共有371人，目前分別於男子划船四人單槳及雙人雙槳項目獲得一金一銀成績。
