【陳如嬌／台北報導】台鐵八堵至南港間三軌化最後一哩路「樟樹灣～南港間擴建三軌工程」今天正式通車，將可有效紓解北北基及花東列車在此瓶頸路段壅塞問題，提高行車安全和列車準點率。總統馬英九上午到南港車站參加通車啟用典禮，可能是處處碰到丟鞋事件，今天會場雖是封閉場所，但戒備依舊森嚴，鐵路和刑事警察局都進駐外，也出動了捕鞋網，不過都沒派上用場。

台鐵表示，樟樹灣～南港間擴建三軌工程完成後，此路線容量由每日332列次增為381列次，增加15％班次，每日可增加運能約47000人次。馬總統表示，樟樹灣～南港間擴建三軌工程完工後，台北—基隆間的交通會有很大改變。政府鼓勵多利用大眾運輸交通工具，基隆人口40萬，利用小客車的有60％、機車6％，使用鐵路和公路為交通工具的只有34％，還有很大努力空間。

馬總統說，三軌化後，11月1日起，基隆—台北間列車班距將從現在的12分鐘縮短至10分鐘，年底可再縮減至8分鐘，直達車也會增加，這是基隆─台北居民值得高興的事。他也不忘在這場合中，重申民生─汐止線也一定會做。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本首相安倍晉三昨（18日）在參院全體會議談到慰安婦問題，稱：「一想到她們所遭受的非筆墨能形容的苦難經歷，我就感到非常心痛。我的想法與歷屆首相是一樣的。」

安倍是在回應公明黨的山口那津男時表達以上看法，他還說：「我國過去曾經給很多國家，尤其是亞洲各國的人們帶去了巨大的損失和痛苦。今後，我國應該遵循基於國際協調主義的積極和平主義，進一步為地區與國際社會的和平穩定做出貢獻。」

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭2013「不老節」系列活動重頭戲「楚漢相爭賽人棋」，明後兩天在宜蘭運動公園體育館登場，這項以「戰天online」為名，由蘭 陽戲劇團、名導劉光桐精心策劃，動員近百真人實演「人棋」大賽，除以本土歌仔戲結合象棋藝術外，還融入北管、武術等。今天上午進行彩排時，「以人為棋」活 靈活現於大棋盤上浩大場面，十分壯觀，一個半小時的人棋藝術演出，更是震撼人心，精彩絕倫。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】Windows XP退役期限逼近，不僅微軟（Microsoft）將於明年4月8日停止技術支援，連Google的chrome瀏覽器也將在2015年4月停止對XP的支援。

不過Google此舉並不意味著chrome將不能兼容XP，只是到時將不再為XP系統上運行的chrome瀏覽器提供任何更新與安全漏洞的補強服務。但Google選擇讓chrome的支援時間較XP的老東家微軟更長，應該是基於許多用戶仍在使用XP的考量。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日本長崎一名64歲男子，昨日在墓地內舉槍自盡身亡，但警方指出，自殺前這名男子曾經打電話叫朋友來墓地集合，但是他的目的卻是讓朋友目睹他的自殺過程。

警方表示，在場有一名男子友人指出，他和其他2名男子都同時被通知來墓地集合，但他們發現原來是男子想舉槍自盡，他們曾經勸阻，但仍然來不及。友人隨即報警處理，男子則被送往醫院急救，但4小時後仍宣告不治。目前警方正在調查男子自殺動機及槍枝來源。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】擁有1/4美國血統的謝沛恩，曾與錦榮數度傳出緋聞，上月還被拍到和恢復單身不久的鳳小岳在東北角龍洞一起浮潛、攀岩。

據《時報周刊》報導，上月15日鳳小岳、謝沛恩和友人現身在東北角知名景點「龍洞」，一群男男女女約有10多名，其中還有數名外國男生。眾人借好裝備後，便徒步前往浮潛區域，途中謝沛恩被銳利的樹枝劃傷腿，鳳小岳急忙上前關心。幾個月前，鳳小岳曾透露發現東北角美景「龍洞」，算是自己的秘密基地，有空就會去浮潛和攀岩，沒想到這麼快就分享給謝沛恩。鳳小岳曾學過體操、瑜珈、攀岩、騎馬和武術，和愛打搏擊的謝沛恩性趣非常雷同，兩人除同為混血兒外，還同樣都是雙魚座。

鳳小岳經紀人朱貫綸表示，他經常會和工作人員和藝人朋友一起去浮潛或攀岩，和謝沛恩認識滿久了，但不可能交往。
