行政院長江宜樺上午表示，黑心油事件是不肖業者造假欺騙社會大眾，並非衛福部長邱文達推動的政策有錯，邱文達盡心盡力全力稽查，他肯定邱文達的辛勞。

江宜樺說，衛福部以推動油安行動政策，要求業者在10月底前聯合切結，11月1日起一周，衛福部將展開全面檢驗，11月8日後若再有標示不實，將直接移送檢調處理，並以最高罰鍰處分業者。他希望透過這個方式，從根本建立安全制度。

【黃揚明／宜蘭報導】前總統李登輝下鄉行程進入最後一天，今早他在宜蘭晶英酒店與媒體座談時也談到今年最夯的黃色小鴨，李登輝說，黃色小鴨現在在桃園，「我知道的！」李登輝說，黃色小鴨在高雄展出很成功、很漂亮，高雄市長陳菊很有腦筋把它引進，對高雄市政有很大幫助。

不過被問到是否可能去桃園、基隆看黃色小鴨？李登輝說，如果刻意安排還是不要去看比較好，因為他出門的安排很複雜。

對於一年多來下鄉後還有哪些地方還沒去？李登輝說，目前基隆市他還沒去，不過「基隆問題很多」。李登輝還說，還沒去爬過玉山，前幾天曾問李登輝辦公室主任王燕軍能不能去爬玉山，但他的身體應該沒辦法爬這麼高的山，只能等死了以後把骨灰灑在玉山，「現在沒有去過，死了以後再去」。

【李英婷／台北報導】國內食品安全頻出問題，各界要求衛福部長邱文達下台的呼聲不斷。行政院長江宜樺今到立院受訪表示，事件主因是不肖業者為牟取暴利，摻偽、照假、欺騙社會大眾，也試圖瞞騙稽查人員，邱文達在政策上沒有錯誤，也與衛福部同仁盡心盡力稽查，因此為邱這段時間的辛勞表達肯定；也希望衛福部記取教訓，政府有責任替民眾把關，與民生息息相關都不能鬆懈。

江宜樺強調，衛福部已要求全國一百多家食品油製造業者，須在10月31日前聯合切結原料、添加物都符合產品標示，11月1日起衛福部將嚴格檢驗，若11月8日之後仍有業者違規，將直接移送檢調單位接受懲處。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院院會總質詢將在下周二告一段落，擬通過台紐經濟合作協定及《貿易法》修正草案。立法院長王金平今受訪表示，盡力而為，台紐及相關配套修法通過機會很大。至於服貿協定，王金平說，得看民進黨主辦公聽會的進度而定。

此外，針對王金平提出確認黨籍存在的「本訴」，近日即將開庭，王金平不願多談，僅說相關問題都已委託律師處理，期待能勝訴。
