【突發中心／新北報導】新北市的疏洪道三重路段，今天凌晨2時許，發生一起機車自摔車禍，救護車到場將機車駕駛送醫途中，駕駛無呼吸心跳，目前已經送達衛福部台北醫院急救，另外有一名機車駕駛輕傷，也同樣送往台北醫院急救，目前警方正在現場了解車禍經過。

【李定宇╱新北報導】賣場購物袋可當專用垃圾袋！為避免民眾將塑膠提袋帶回家後，最後也當成垃圾裝進專用垃圾袋丟棄，造成一袋裝一袋的環境污染，新北市環保局昨宣布與全聯超市合作，創全國首例推出「購物、垃圾雙袋合一」的15公升裝購物袋，全市110家全聯超市販售購物袋可直接當垃圾袋使用，12月底將正式上路，民眾聞訊表示：「不賴耶！環保又省荷包！」

背景: 女方工作，男方研究生 剛開始交往是在同城市 後來女方因為工作的關係離開到外地生活 彼此遠距離 女方不喜歡說話故只能用LINE傳訊息問後彼此 這周二 我前女友跟我提分手 但剛開始的過程還非常和氣 還跟我說，等你放假後來我家吃個飯吧(我去過他家也見過他父母) 突然間話題變成 我們該找時間談談我們 我說: 那我們見面在談談好了 剛開始他說: 好見面再談 後來就劈哩啪啦的說 我覺得我們不適合的話等等 我也跟他說 如果你覺得我哪裡做不好可以跟我說 但他說我還是我，這感覺他已經很久了 也累了 我回他: 你為什麼要在簡訊裡說分手，明明可以見面說為什麼要這樣 打電話給他他也不想接 然後就已讀不回(已讀不回超討厭的) 隔天我傳: 好吧 我們不適合 就這樣分開吧 你要好好照顧自己等等的話 他回傳給我說: 謝謝你，我們還是朋友嗎? 我: 還是朋友，我還是我，只是不知道你怎麼看我罷了 然後又已讀不回....(要說就說清楚連說話都不理) 昨天: 我問他說你今天放假嗎? (對方工作需要排假) 他說:恩 後來我又回他關於我的狀況 我: 我看開了你別太在意就好了 又回我:恩 之後我也就沒回話 想說就這樣的朋友的關係(畢竟他問我說我們還是朋友) 就在剛才，看到自己的FB被女方刪好友 關於愛情我已經看開了我也不想纏著對方 對方還想跟我當朋友，卻把我FB刪掉 做這麼絕情，問題是他提分手我們之間都沒爭吵 女方還請我去他家吃飯 我真的不知道，女方的想法是什麼? 有必要這麼恨我嗎?(難道是雙面人?) 我明白他傳: 我們還是朋友嗎? 這句話是為了安撫我 我已經不管是否有第三者介入，只是搞的朋友都不能當還刪好友 超級矛盾... 不知道BG版的大大如何看待這種事情?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.115.72.156

【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，中和區圓通路一處社區，地下1樓停車場傳出汽車火警。警消獲報後，立即出動雲梯等各式車輛前往，發現1輛三菱休旅車的車頭位置起火，隨即佈線搶救，順利在10分鐘內撲滅火勢。
 
由於是機械式車位，當時停下方的三菱車，火勢波及停在上方的轎車；這起火警造成三菱車半毀，本田車前保險桿遭燒融，所幸無人員傷亡。警消引述車主說法，指當時車輛並未發動，因此確切起火原因還有待火調人員調查後才能確定。

【李定宇╱新北報導】真扯，維修費竟高過售價！新北市一名男子，去年花8990元買華碩平板電腦，直到今年9月、未過保固期間，發現無法充電、開機連忙送修，未料，華碩檢測卻認定人為因素受潮，向他索討10090元維修費，比售價多出1100元，大罵：「那我何必送修？乾脆買新的就好了！」憤而投訴消保官，消保官昨說：「華碩應交代檢測過程讓消費者信服！」

新北市一名任姓男子，去年9月中旬以原價8990元，購買華碩ASUS Pad Nexus 7平板電腦，使用至今年9月初發現有無法充電及開機問題，任男認為平板電腦尚在保固期間，透過全虹通信轉送至華碩原廠檢測，但卻得到人為因素受潮回覆，保固失效，並報價維修費多達10090元。

應交代判斷過程

任男不服業者檢測結果，多次與向碩反映皆未獲滿意答覆，憤而向新北市消保官申訴，質疑華碩檢測的標準，且任男認為新機價僅8990元，維修報價卻超過1萬元，「那我何必送修？直接買新的就好了！」
新北市主任消保官許宏仁表示，消費者對檢修過程有疑慮，不能僅用受潮兩字就不保固，應向消費者解釋清楚判斷受潮過程，「華碩維修報價雖未違法，但價格超過新機價的確誇張，應該提出一個讓消費者接受合理價格。」
對此，華碩表示，工程師在檢修時發現內有不明液體滲入受潮，因此才認定不在保固範圍，而維修費用則是包括更換螢幕4000元、主機板4900元、電池890元，再加上維修費300元，共計10090元。

業者：持續協調

華碩表示，「客服仍持續與消費者協調後續處理方式，希望能讓消費者滿意。」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】一項研究顯示，洗手可以讓人在面對挫敗時更樂觀，但也會降低發奮動力、意志消沉。

德國科隆大學進行的研究，將98人分成3組，先讓其中兩組人完成一項「不可能做到的事」，讓他們充滿挫敗感，然後叫其中一組人洗手，再讓這兩組人完成第二項艱難任務。結果發現，洗了手那一組，在經歷第一次挫敗後，較沒洗手那一組更樂觀自信，但在進行第二項任務時的表現卻較差，成績和只參加第二次任務的第三組人差不多。

分析指，這反映在面對挫敗後洗手，可減低負面情緒，但卻同時降低在下一次面對挑戰時，奮發向上以證明自我能力的動力。這項研究刊載於最新一期《社會心理學與人格科學》期刊中。

早前美國密西根州大學一項研究也指出，在作出艱難決定後洗手，會讓人更堅信自己的決定是對的。
