【廖柏璋／綜合報導】在泰國曼谷舉行的亞洲女籃錦標賽，中華隊昨在預賽遭逢強敵日本，因為全場命中率偏低，只有35%，3分球也只投15中3，加上失誤過多，以57比69輸球，吞下本屆亞錦賽首敗。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】去年12月8日，晚上10時許，新北市瑞芳區警方在大寮路上1間專賣泰籍勞工的雜貨店內包廂，當場查獲5名泰國籍男子正在聚賭，查扣豬公撲滿內1760元與賭資3300元，5人坦承賭博帶回帶出所，依賭博罪移送。
 
但40歲的吳姓雜貨店負責人向檢方表示，當時不知道包廂內有賭博行為，撲滿內的金額則辯稱說：「信眾捐款準備要在中壢蓋泰國廟！」，否認有賭博行為。日前經法院審理，採信吳女說法判無罪，全案仍可上訴。

【王志弘／台南報導】「有隻好肥的蜥蜴，嘶嘶叫好嚇人！」新市區一家飲料店，今天在倉庫發現一隻吐著藍舌的蜥蜴，雖然動作緩慢，且身軀圓滾滾像個水桶，模樣滑稽可愛，不過發出嘶叫聲嚇壞一票店員，最後只好拿起小垃圾桶「蓋布袋」，通知消防隊前來捕捉。
 
新市消防隊到場打開鐵籠「請君入甕」，不費吹灰之力就將怪蜥帶回安置。分隊長邱保舜指出，經查這尾是北部藍舌蜥，非保育類動物，為外來種寵物，市價約3000元，研判應是被人棄養，已通報動保處前來處理。
 
藍舌蜥小檔案
產地：澳洲
外型：鱗甲光滑，四肢短小，體態呈圓桶型，身上分布茶色、黑色和黃色之不規則斑點。體長約50~60公分。
習性：動作遲緩，戒敵性強，遇危急時，會縮扁身軀，四肢向外伸展，張開嘴巴吐出藍色舌頭嚇阻敵人。雜食性，主食蝸牛、昆蟲。

※ [本文轉錄自 MACAU 看板 #1IRdg7S5 ] 作者: orion2588 (思念) 看板: MACAU 標題: [食記] 新好利咖啡餅店 時間: Mon Oct 28 22:53:54 2013 新好利咖啡餅店 地址：澳門氹仔舊城區地堡街１３－１４號 消費時間：１０２年８月 好讀網誌圖文版：http://orion2588.pixnet.net/blog/post/29381032 第一天到官也街，其實到目前為止都還不知道要嘗鮮些什麼，手裡握著名單，卻有種 不知要去哪的感受，就那麼剛好在地堡街遇見了新好利，所以當然要來試試看道地的 葡式蛋撻。 在網路上查詢新好利，其實應該都知道他們家最出名的是燕窩蛋撻，一進門就能看見 新鮮出爐的蛋撻，但ＴＵ還是無法接受新的口味，堅持來澳門就一定要吃澳門的葡式 蛋撻，所以就沒點這一味了。 新好利的菜單，有兩面，另一面是麵和飯類的，看見這豬扒飽的價位，總算讓我們放 心一些，沒辦法，威尼斯人裡面的大利來記貴到爆炸（一個豬扒飽ＭＯＰ４８） （下方有圖為證）。本來我是想心一狠，想說都來到這邊了，就把它花下去吧，現在 想起來還好沒花，因為真的差滿多的。其實我查詢到的大利來記，除了在威尼斯人有 以外，在官也街附近也有一家，只是我們沒找到，雖然可惜，但還好有吃到新好利。 就為了這一味來的，看起來超級可口的蛋撻，很酥的皮，有點微焦的內餡，還附湯匙。 ＴＵ是說算好吃的，而且不會太軟，內餡香噴噴的讓人忍不住一口接一口，不過，我 看他也沒用湯匙，直接用手拿起來吃，餅皮脆的還會喀茲一聲喔。 一定要配些飲料，檸檬茶， 凍得比較貴，右邊這罐是糖，自己調整甜度。其實喝起來 茶味很淡，就算我們用力戳了檸檬了還是不夠酸，倒是加了很多糖，味道才重一些些。 豬扒飽終於上桌啦，烤的超香的～那個麵包阿，看起來比那塊豬排還吸引我。把這三 個排在一起，豬排看起來真的很大塊吧，而且顏色不錯，看起來也不太胖，我想我應 該能夠接受。這麵包上面還有烤痕，看起來好好味喔，而且還會燙手喔，要小心。 因為旁邊有坐人，為了顧及形象，所以我們是撕下來慢慢吃的。他們家的麵包真的好 好吃喔，看起來是硬的，但其實只有表皮因為烤過稍微硬硬的，咬下去卻是紮實帶著 鬆軟的，有咬勁，散發著麵粉的香味，越嚼越香。豬排是有醃漬過的，所以單吃比較 鹹，難怪要跟麵包一起搭著吃，肉質很嫩，幾乎一咬就開，帶有骨頭所以咬的時候要 小心，比較胖的地方我就不行了。兩者搭在一起真的還滿好吃的，只是我更愛那塊麵 包，好吃的會讓人念念不忘哪。 -- 永遠都要微笑的度過每一天。http://orion2588.pixnet.net/blog 微笑西瓜也有粉絲頁：https://www.facebook.com/orion2588 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.209.252 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: orion2588 (118.170.209.252), 時間: 10/28/2013 22:54:50 ※ 編輯: orion2588 來自: 118.170.209.252 (10/28 22:58)

【林潔禎／台北報導】總統府資政陳冲今參加「台灣併購金鑫獎」頒獎典禮指出，金融風暴後，至今全球購併活動已開始出現緩步成長，不過僅維持在2007年高峰時一半的水準。對於購併，陳冲以婚姻做為比喻，但婚姻有愛情為基礎，購併是否可以成功後段整合才是最重要的。

陳冲表示，對於全球購併活動， 從2000年至2007年一路成長，在2007年達到最高峰，2008年受金融風暴影響下滑，2009年全年購併案件不到2007年第1季的水準。2010~2012年全球購併開始緩步成長，這幾年都維持在2007年一半的水準。

他指出，對於購併有一些重要法案一定要提，在2000年年底金融合併法，隔年通過金控法、企業購併法，也就是在1年半通過跟購併相關法規，只要是法律就有可能不完整，雖不完整，但是第1步。
