【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市一名國三男學生（15歲），疑因感情受挫心情不佳，今早10時下課時與同學聊起，怎料越講越是激動，突然轉身翻過3樓走廊女兒牆往下跳，撞破1樓的強化玻璃遮雨棚再摔落地面，學生見狀連忙通報校方報案，警消到場發現他腿部骨折，所幸意識清楚還不時喊痛，送醫後並無生命危險。

校方表示，事發後旁邊同學感到非常自責沒能及時拉住跳樓學生，學校對此也感到相當遺憾，未來將加強學生情緒控制與心理輔導相關課程。

【林金聖／台北報導】今天下午1時許，台北市119接獲民眾報案表示，內湖行行愛路跟行善路口發生1起車禍，疑似有人因車禍受困車內。警消獲報抵達現場後，發現是1台Lexus銀色小客車跟1台計程車發生車禍，2台車撞擊後，計程車翻轉彈飛約20公尺，但並未有民眾受困，只是銀色小客車副駕駛座的女乘客有頭暈的情形，所以送醫觀察。至於車禍肇事責任歸屬，目前警方還在調查中。

【娛樂中心／台北報導】歌手蕭敬騰今下午從自家出門搭保母車 外出 工作時，2名佯裝歌迷的歹徒戴安全帽、口罩騎乘機車，朝他的保母車內潑屎尿，當時他坐後座逃過一劫，保母車司機全身被潑滿屎尿，司機與歹徒扭打拖行，但歹徒仍成功逃逸，蕭敬騰已報警處理。

美國賓州州大廿八日同意支付五千九百七十萬美元，與遭到前美式足球教練桑達斯基性侵的26位男童受害人達成和解。

六十九歲的桑達斯基去年六月因十五年間性侵十名男童一案，被裁定四十五項罪名確立。案件重創賓州州大校譽，導致已故足球教練帕特諾蒙羞。

校方表示和解金將以學生學費、學校經費與捐款支付。此外，學校也有多重保險，足可應付和解金。（路透）

【王覺一、王翊亘／台中報導】總冠軍戰開打前，牛棚戰力是義大犀牛較令人擔心的一環，沒想到今天首戰在7局下遇到大亂流，動用中職總冠軍戰史上單局最多5名投手，但直到「阿牛」林彥峰登板才止住失血，追平總冠軍戰單局最多失8分紀錄。
 
明天第2戰移師台南，獅隊由旅美投手羅錦龍先發，犀牛則是推出洋投尼克。羅錦龍昨天以蓄鬍造型現身，希望讓自己更有殺氣，他很興奮的說：「去年在獨立聯盟打過冠軍賽，但是擔任中繼，有點沒參與感；明天將擔任先發，代表球隊器重我，我會好好表現的！」
