為強化反潛及電子偵蒐能力，提升國軍反潛作戰效能，空軍上午在屏東第439混合聯隊舉行「P-3C反潛機接機典禮」，由馬總統親臨主持，現場並邀請國安會副秘書長、國防部部長嚴明、參謀總長高廣圻、海、空軍退役將校及官兵代表，共同參與、見證國軍反潛作戰任務邁向新的里程碑。

空軍司令部表示，P-3C反潛機進駐成軍後，未來將擔任起國軍首要之戰場反潛作戰及海面偵蒐等重要任務，並經由建構國軍各重要指管監偵系統、武力部署、聯合空降及反潛偵蒐等戰備工作，以有效整合戰場整體資源，進而發揮三軍聯合作戰統合戰力，增取臺海領空及海面戰力優勢。

空軍司令部強調，惟有堅實的國防，才是國家發展與社會繁榮的基石；我空軍全體官兵保證能夠上下一心，踵武前賢，繼志承烈，以「發揮筧橋精神」、「實踐忠勇軍風」為職志，在建軍備戰的工作上，扮演好自己的角色，為臺海安全提供最堅實的屏障，成為國家空域及海疆最稱職的守護者。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】永豐期貨表示，周三指數開高走高，連3日以紅K作收，收盤價位更創近期波段新高，短線相當強勢，但成交量僅750億元，仍有結構上的量價背離隱憂，若要維持震盪走高格局，後續仍需緩步補量，才有往上續彈空間，建議投資人持續以月均線為偏多操作依據，並善設停損。
 
從期貨籌碼面來看，3大法人周三在期貨市場多單加碼1996口，淨多單增至7421 口，其中外資期貨多單加碼1279口，淨多單升至7011口，加上現貨部位擴大買超，顯示法人對短線持續中性樂觀看待。
 
在選擇權方面，11月份買權集中在8500點，賣權集中在8300點。未平倉量的買權大量區在8600點，賣權大量區則上移至8200點。由於短線盤勢持續高檔整理，操作上建議於8300~8600點建立買權空頭價差因應。

女僕裝
若你選擇萬聖節穿女僕裝，就代表你是個好女孩，你一直想強調自己的性感，但本質上仍然是拘束的人，所以在舞會上放開你的矜持吧，向大家展露你最性感的一面。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中國廣西平南縣公安局刑偵大隊1名胡姓警員(33歲)3名男子，周一晚間赴大鵬鎮1間米粉店問「有無賣奶茶」，老闆娘回答沒有竟遭槍擊死亡，案由當地警方調查中。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，女老闆懷有5月身孕，遭槍擊斃致1屍2命，其夫右肩也受槍傷；目前已逮捕胡姓警員，在追捕其他嫌犯。
