| 男想當生化人 裝置縫肉內

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】德國一名男子卡農(Tim Cannon)表示，為了想成為長命百歲的「生化人」，自願把電子裝置縫入自己的手臂內。
由於合法醫師不會為「生化人裝置」進行植入手術，因此卡農委託一名刺青穿環師哈沃斯(Steve Haworth)進行「私人手術」，在沒有麻醉的情況下，純用冰敷的狀態將電子裝置縫入卡農的手臂內。
卡農說，裝上裝置後，外部的電腦或手機就可以監測他的身體狀況，如果他發燒，體內的裝置就會立即偵測到，並將訊息發送給他的親友。

| 福懋爆假混大統油 重罰1500萬！

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市衛生局表示，福懋有六款油品涉及標示不實，分別開罰兩百萬，加上為處罰其規避的態度，再開罰三百萬，一共開出一千五百萬的罰單。
衛生局食品藥物管理科長陳淑惠說,六款標示不實的油品包括福懋漢氏橄欖油、天然橄欖油等，都混充芥花油等其他油品。稽查人員幾度詢問廠方人員，對方堅不吐實，後來在廠區找到大統長基的配方。下午檢查官到場約談廠方高層分開偵訊始有突破。
全聯福利社台中多家分店均表示，今天一大早即將福懋油品下架停售，退貨比照之前大統等問題油的處理模式，即憑空瓶加發票，或者單憑二個月內的消費發票即可退費。

| 遭棄女嬰健康良好 警查監視器揪狠心父母

【黃子騰／新北報導】竟有這款狠心父母！新北市新莊區1名2周大的女嬰，今天上午5時許被早起晨運的民眾發現遭棄置在公園內，民眾趕緊報警將女嬰送醫，所幸女嬰健康情形良好並無大礙。警方目前正調閱監視器，希望能盡速揪出狠心棄養親生女的父母。
警方調查，1名男子今天凌晨5時許慌張地打電話報案，表示在後港新公園內發現1名棄嬰。警方到場處理發現，女嬰被放置在1個黑格紋旅行袋中，身上僅穿著包屁衣，正不斷地嚎啕大哭，救護人員立即將女嬰送往衛福部台北醫院檢查。警方表示，研判女嬰應該是凌晨時遭棄置，目前正調閱公園內及附近道路監視器追查，並呼籲民眾踴躍提供相關線索。

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園縣黃色小鴨命運多舛，今天重新登場後，高潮迭起，家住雲林縣朱耘杉，瞞著交往八年的女友，今年特地選在黃色小鴨前，向女友求婚，女友感動落淚，當場答應，現場親友一同祝福，要他們幸福。
朱耘杉說，他粗心、有很多缺點，兩人都是大學同學，感謝女友包容，女友每次抱怨出遊都不事先規劃，這次趁著黃色小鴨展覽時，策劃向她求婚。昨天發現小鴨爆裂，心情很沮喪，他默默祈禱，沒想到今天小鴨再度展出，見證他們的愛情。
