混油事件連大廠都淪陷，福懋油、味全中槍倒地，開盤股價直接跳空跌停，分別來到12.95元及51.9元，其他油品廠以紅盤開出，表現兩樣情。

福懋油及味全分別以12.95元及51.9元的跳空跌停價開出，福懋油跌停委賣未成交張數逾1.6萬張，味全跌停委賣逾5900張賣單。

大統引爆「油安」，火勢擴大延燒到大廠，繼富味鄉之後，連福懋油、頂新、味全等大廠都一一淪陷，由於火勢還在延燒，在事件還未正式落幕前，食品類恐怕都將受到波及，陷入低氣壓。

法人認為，在事件未完全落幕之前，建議投資人對食品業先「停看聽」，少碰為妙。

福懋油在檢調介入調查才坦承6款橄欖油及葡萄籽相關油品混有大統的油，對此福懋油總經理許忠明表示，經查是部門主管為了節省成本引起，已全面下架。並提供新台幣800萬元擔保因應消費者退貨。

福懋油在事發後還簽了切結書，經濟部依違反食品衛生管理法，撤銷福懋油其他產品的GMP認證。

此外，福懋油在10月30日和衛生部門簽下切結書的前一天，不僅爆出1萬多張大量，且當日融券大增2500張，與平日成交量不到百餘張相比，量能暴增百倍，引發市場質疑，金管會已介入調查。

至於頂新製油用大統公司的混油幫味全代工，味全聲明表示，這次下架的21項油品今年1到6月銷售金額為5061萬元，占上半年合併營收0.35%，對財務業務不致造成重大影響。

但由於沒有在第一時間危機處理出面說明，直到事發後19天才公開真相，市場觀感差，重創60年累積的商譽。

味全昨天由總經理張教華出面召開重大訊息說明會，他表示，味全油品是委託給代工廠，第一時間爆發油品事件時，立刻主動送交美和科技大學農水產品檢驗服務中心檢驗，所有產品皆通過「棉籽酚」及「銅葉綠素」檢驗，證實安全無虞。

味全表示，目前已全面下架部分食用油產品，並啟動消費者退貨服務，待主管機關確認後，再重新上架，此期間造成消費者的困擾，深表歉意。

【黃楷棟、黃仲瑜／新北報導】新北市土城區立德路1處大樓，昨晚間9時許，28歲的李男爬到15樓外遮雨棚，住戶聽到聲響發現立即勸導他，但該名男子不聽又從15樓遮雨棚爬到14樓遮雨棚。警消獲報立即到場架設氣墊，但該名男竟在氣墊還未充飽氣前，從14樓處跳下，男子墜落時撞到1樓的遮雨棚後，再掉到地面上，當場失去生命跡象，救護人員趕緊將他送往板橋亞東急救，但已回天乏術，警方目前正在釐清李男跳樓原因。
