| 王金平期待恢復黨籍 國民黨：此路不通

【陳郁仁／台北報導】立法院長王金平今上午出席「第8屆亞洲民主人權獎」遴選結果記者會時，受訪表示，他不清楚基層連署要幫他恢復黨籍，不過黨恢復黨籍，「這是我的期待」。對此，國民黨黨內人士表示，「申訴期滿，此路就行不通」。
黨內人士說，本來是希望王金平透過黨內申訴管道，但現在申訴期滿，他沒有申訴，此路就行不通，且法院已經做出民事假處份，對黨籍問題作了暫時的認定，目前也只能回歸本訴，按照既有的制度，「目前找不到其他路徑恢復黨籍」。

大家好 我想尋找一間8-9年前吃過的一間日本料理店 位置在桃園八德 我客戶在廣福路永豐路口 我記得店家的大概位置 在永豐路~介壽路之間 好像不在廣福路上，從永豐路往介壽路方向，應該是左邊的馬路進去 不算小間的店家 我是去吃定食 但他們也有包廂跟桌菜 最近一時要找個在桃園那邊請客的餐廳 突然回想到這間 我記得那時候感覺不錯 還帶了當時女朋友專程去吃過 店名不記得，地點不記得 不知道這間店還在不在 希望有緣人可以提供訊息 非常感謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.71.106

 3位Fed高層掌權官員表態：寬鬆退場完全看美國經濟 會慢慢來

《路透社》周一 (4日) 報導，聯準會 (Fed) 今 (2013) 年具備表決權的 3 位資深官員們表態指出，目前寬鬆機制的退場步調，必須等待美國經濟出現明確的改善跡象才能進行，且就算確有進步，削減購債規模的速度也得慢慢進行。
官員們的發言顯示，Fed 接下來一段時間內，將繼續保持對經濟和金融市場的支持立場，同時也重新凸顯 Fed 總裁伯南克 (Ben Bernanke) 反覆的承諾，Fed 振興計畫不會依照定好的時間表走，而是主要依照經濟發展狀況變遷。
Fed 理事 Jerome Powell 指出，目前寬鬆退場時機「有著相當不確定性」，端看復甦強度，而波士頓 Fed 分行總裁 Eric Rosengren 則指出，Fed 的資產負債表是保持耐心的理由，下個月 Fed 即將召開政策會議。
Powell 在舊金山亞太經濟政策會議上聲稱：「當寬鬆退場時機到來時，我們將合理地透明化過程，並循序漸進放慢腳步。」
聖路易斯 Fed 分行總裁 James Bullard 則稱：「對我來說，因為目前通膨壓力偏低，央行動作並不需要太趕。」他希望通膨比率達到 Fed 的 2％ 目標，再進行債券購買計畫的規模削減動作，目前通膨率接近 1％。
美國 9 月失業率 7.2％，低於去 (2012) 年同期的 7.8％；國民生產毛額 (GDP) 均值 2.2。
Rosengren 認為，在 Fed 終於著手減少購債規模時，基準利率必須維持在「非常低的水位」，直到就業市場出現更多進展之前，失業率需減至 5.25％。除非經濟腳步出現突飛猛進的成長，否則依照目前速度，進展過程應是相當緩慢。
