【蘇聖怡／台北報導】油品安全讓社會大眾對於GMP認證制度產生疑慮，國民黨立院黨團副書記長江惠貞上午舉行記者會，呼籲政府嚴懲黑心企業，重建消費者信心並共同承擔責任。

與會的經濟部工業局民生化工組科長陳昭蓉表示，為加強認證制度，未來將採「全廠全產品」認證，除送樣產品送檢外，也會不定期抽查工廠、市場產品，並透過第三方機構檢驗稽核。

爆發問題油品的味全董事長魏應充兼任GMP協會理事長，媒體詢問是否應撤換？陳昭蓉表示，協會有相關章程，尊重協會決定，相信社會大眾的聲音協會都已聽到，也已請協會慎重考量。

至於「食品良好衛生規範」認證（GHP）是否納入修法？衛福部食管署副署長吳秀英說，可以討論。

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】為了因應北韓的核彈威脅以及中國針對釣魚台爭端可能引發的衝突，日本《讀賣新聞》昨報導，安倍政府計畫打造2艘搭載最新攔截飛彈系統的神盾級（Aegis）驅逐艦，讓日本海上自衛隊的的神盾艦增為8艘。

日本海上自衛隊的神盾艦隊主要負責彈道飛彈防禦，其中4艘已搭載「標準3型」（SM-3）防空飛彈。另外現有2艘與新建的2艘神盾艦都將搭載美日共同研發中的新型「標準3型」防空飛彈（SM-3 Block 2A），新型的SM-3具有射程更遠與命中率更高的優勢，預計2017年研發完成。

日本若能在西南海域成功部署載有強大雷達系統的神盾艦，不但足以反制中國的彈道飛彈威脅，更能提升監視與偵察中國戰機與巡洋艦的能力。

頂新集團爆出向大統長基進貨橄欖油，再混合製成味全21項油品出售賺取暴利，重創企業形象。味全及頂新製油實業公司今在四大報刊登聯合聲明外，味全董事長魏應充也在官網刊登道歉影片。

魏應充在影片中表示，在得知大統公司自爆賣給頂新製油的油含有銅葉錄素，覺得非常訝異和吃驚，對造成消費者的疑慮跟不安，表示歉意。

魏應充表示，食品是老實人做的生意，是良心事業，並稱秉承父親的教導，經營事業要「童叟無欺」，頂新四兄弟一再堅持此一信念，魏並稱「食品安全」是內部管理最高指導原則，強調無論內檢或外檢，味全下架的21項油品均未驗出有害物質。

魏應充表示經此事件，未來將採取「一條龍」化管理，將由國外引進產品，並以國際、歐盟最高標準，及依照國內法規，對產品進行管控。

頂新集團被查出以較國外進貨低廉的價格向大統長基進貨橄欖油，再混合製成味全油品出售，時間長達六年半，賺取暴利。且在油安事件爆發後，未主動向衛生局說明，有刻意隱瞞之嫌，重創企業形象。

【中央社╱台北5日電】針對頂新集團使用大統長基摻偽油作為原料一事，身兼味全公司董事長與頂新製油公司董事長一職的魏應充，今天上午公開出面致歉，並在公司官網上播放致歉內容，該公司相關聲明全文如下：

「對於大統長基表示出售予頂新油品有添加銅葉綠素一事，本公司雖於第一時間主動封存相關油品，且流向清楚，並送驗合格，卻遲至11月3日才將產品下架，對此造成之延誤，向消費者深表歉意。

我們一向堅持提供消費者健康安全的飲食環境，在出現食用油事件後，全面委託第三檢驗單位確認味全公司之食用油安全無虞，敬請消費者放心。我們也期盼政府儘速公告檢驗結果，釐清事實真相。

本公司為避免重蹈大統長基供油覆轍，我們會從溯源管理開始，未來所有油品原料將自行進口與管理，貫徹一條龍的生產流程。未來油品上市前，除恪遵國家法規規範外，也會符合國際標準，將以最嚴格之態度面對食品安全議題」。
