【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】一部根據南非前總統曼德拉（Nelson Mandela）事蹟所改編的傳記電影《自由路迢迢》（Mandela, Long Walk to Freedom，暫譯）3日於南非舉行盛大首映典禮，有多名政府官員與商界領袖、明星以及曼德拉的親友參加，曼德拉的前妻溫妮（Winnie Mandela）看完電影後表示，影片忠實反映了曼德拉的生平。
 
這部電影根據同名自傳拍成，由安南辛赫（Anant Singh）擔任製片，英國男星艾爾巴（Idris Elba）飾演曼德拉，片長約2.5個小時。片中從曼德拉孩提時代講起，他從小致力於廢除南非種族隔離政策，並在獄中度過了近28年的時光，最終成功廢除種族隔離，1993年獲得諾貝爾和平獎，隔年當選南非首位黑人總統。曼德拉的前妻溫妮語重心長的說：「付出非常沉重的代價後，我們要牢記自由得來不易」。

【沈能元／台北報導】今晚8時多，台大批踢踢（telnet://ptt.cc）出現網友募血文章，文中寫到「有誰血液是B型RH陰性血，拜託救救我爸爸，我爸肺積水嚴重，因血液不足急需救援，再不開刀會不行，跪求有此血液的好心人捐血，我爸爸目前人在基隆情人湖分院」。台北捐血中心表示，已在進行協助，並呼籲網友勿前往醫院捐血，以免用不到，浪費珍貴的血液。
 
台北捐血中心企劃課課長陳世利說，該中心前天就已接獲該個案求援，並從前天、昨天都有持續供血讓患者使用，但今尚未聽說患者須輸血，正在了解，若需要輸血，該捐血中心還有12袋B型RH陰性血，若不足還可向台大醫院、林口長庚醫院調血，絕對足夠。
 
陳世利說，網友貼文募血很有愛心，但方法錯誤，「很不應該」，可能幫不到人還浪費血。衛生福利部醫事司副司長王宗曦說，捐血是善心表現，網友也是無償募血，衛福部不會立法限制，但會要求醫院、捐血中心宣導正確觀念。

年紀：34~35 真相：http://ppt.cc/1ujp http://ppt.cc/le39 http://ppt.cc/le39 現在膚質：中性，偶爾出油+長一兩顆痘痘 過去膚況：油肌，大爛痘，敏感肌，只可惜我20歲時還沒那麼發達的3C工業， 當時也因自卑，不大愛拍照。總之，那是段很驚悚的歲月。 當時不知道青春痘和敏感應該要看醫生，花了很多錢買保養品， 走過很多冤枉路。買過H2O八杯水，貝佳斯綠色面膜， 昂貴的erno laszlo(台灣那時是莎莎代理)，SK2青春露，反正不知 道到底砸了多少錢。 痘痘最後是在我23歲那年，照著台大陳衍良醫師的囑咐，早晚清水 洗臉，擦痘膚潤，杏輝蜜花，然後有口服一陣子的A酸， 在半年後 痊癒。 心得：我覺得那時候在陳衍良醫師那邊，得到了受用一生的保養概念，所謂的 「化繁為簡」。這幾年持續保養下來，我還是覺得保養程序越簡單越好 ，使用的產品一定要是有研究報告支持的有效成分，而不是廠商自我標 榜的廣告。 常常看到板上大家一窩蜂的「深層清潔」，一下是動輒好幾千塊的洗臉 刷，導入儀，不然就是貴到不可思議的洗面皂、面膜。我都覺得...... 台灣經濟好像也沒那麼差嘛？ 總之，現在我的保養很簡單。以下分享目前正在服役或我覺得有效的產品。 洗臉：如果我的皮膚出現過敏，就是清水。平常就選澤成份單純的開架洗面乳， 這個部分我不是太注重，反正都是一下就要洗掉的東西。超過台幣350的 洗面乳完全不考慮。 A酸：我是用第一代的A酸。我可以甚麼都不用，但A酸不能沒有。年紀大了，過去 也瘋狂買過昂貴的保養品。現在的我，只相信研究報告和數據，第一代A酸 才是真正的抗老天后。 我因為用了A酸多年，已經到了有點無感的地步。但皮膚對於所有的保養品都 會漸漸適應，導致人會有種「好像沒有那麼驚豔」的錯覺。既然如此，我還是 選擇國內外皮膚科醫師推薦的A酸。 一條才180，薄薄的一層擦，可以用很久的。 A酸功效--https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq5GqQrdIk8

去角質：磨砂產品一概不用，泥漿面膜這種拉扯肌膚的產品不用。 我只用溫和的水楊酸，歐蕾的活膚精華霜還不錯， 目前正在使用的則是速立康軟膏(2.5%，藥品)， 此為凡士林基底，但我不太怕油，所以效果非常好。 一條小條速利康50塊，也是可以用很久。我大概三天使用一次。 眼霜：這個我是絕對不會被騙的辣。從來不買眼霜。 面霜(油)：如果我還是有對保養品嚐鮮的的欲望， 大概就是發洩在面霜，這個保養的最後一道程序。 不過原則是不買超過台幣1500的東西。 目前正在使用的是歐舒丹的乳木果純油，(150ml，台幣1500左右) A-Derma的燕麥刺激性肌膚保濕霜，(50ml，台幣380) 理膚瑞得美抗老緊實除皺乳潤澤型，(40ml，台幣800，我買舊包裝特惠) 我大概是這三個交互用。 理膚瑞得美抗老緊實除皺乳含有左旋C，擦下去皮膚會有溫熱感， A-Derma的燕麥刺激性肌膚保濕霜則是保濕修復功能最強的， 歐舒丹的乳木果純油我主要是擦在眼週，就是高檔的凡士林吧。 我想我一定會回購的是A-Derma，便宜又好用。 其他用過覺得不錯的是costco賣的雅頓21天霜，一瓶也才450， 不過我不喜歡它的香料和廣口瓶包裝。 但卻是有效的產品。 總之，面霜的包裝我盡量挑軟管密封狀的， 一定要有有效成分，然後挑國外有口碑的大廠。 不好意思，台灣黑心商品太多，基本上台灣貨目前通通不考慮。 防曬：這個也是用量大的消耗品，不買超過350的防曬。 目前使用露得清純物理防曬(這條小心塗抹，不然會泛白) Curel SPF27那灌身臉皆可用的防曬很棒， 還有專科的藍罐，非常清爽，不過是以化學性防曬為主體。 反正目前白天 理膚左C抗老乳霜+防曬 或只擦防曬 晚上 A酸+乳霜(油) 嗯，先分享到這裡。:))) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.218.24.97
