好讀版:http://blueiori.pixnet.net/blog/post/166717083 正好上面有一篇華擎的保固文，我也來簡單分享一下這次送修的心得 自從五月中去原價屋撿了張華擎z77 professional之後，原本電腦上的H61iCafe就一直被 我丟在角落，直到這幾天朋友想組台文書機才想到我這邊還有張閒置的主機板。 但就在組裝CPU的時候手一滑，熱騰騰的G2130就這樣砸在CPU腳座上…..囧 看過許多送修心得似乎對華擎評價褒貶不一，一開始有點擔心。不過該送修的還是得送， 不要跟自己的錢過不去阿.... 看到外盒有張代理商貼紙，這服務剛好省去自行送修的時間 畢竟時間就是金錢 http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465128 打過去說明情況之後客服小妹(?)給了我一組維修序號，叫我寫在外箱上 http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465112 新竹貨運一下子就打電話來約時間，當天晚上才約隔天就來了….簡直比PChome24小時還 快，司機丟了一張單據給我。這時候的時間是10/24(四) http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465114 本來想說應該會等個…10天兩周之類的，想不到才過兩天管理室就通知有包裹，剛開始我 還以為是露天買的行動電源到了，沒想到… http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465096 我的主機板回來了！超迅速的啊！10/24送板子10/26回來，周末都還沒過完板子就回到我 的手上。扣掉運送時間華擎根本是收到板子就直接寄替換的良品給我了XD” http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465144 第二天的時候我有打電話回去給客服詢問送修日程會不會很久，擔心拖延到朋友的時間， 原本打算隨便撿張B75用就好，結果客服小妹說最近保固規則改成無法維修直接更換良品 ，可以縮短送修日程順便也跟其他家的保固抗衡，難怪我收到的板子上面那張購買店家的 貼紙消失了… 這次華擎送修我還蠻滿意的，除了到府收送之外更換的速度也非常快，畢竟不是每個人都 有時間親自送服務站，這樣的保固條款對於一些家住偏遠或者是上班時間不固定的USER有 他的方便性，這次送修心得簡單跟各位分享。最後附上一張送修單據，祝各位的電腦頭好 壯壯。 http://blueiori.pixnet.net/album/photo/134465088 -- posted from android bbs reader on my Nokia 3310 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.18.61
