【吳國仲／北市報導】今天清晨4時許，BMW台北汎德濱江服務廠傳出火警，保全人員聽見警報器作響，查看後發現5樓有冒煙狀況，趕緊撥打119報警。

台北市消防局獲報後，立即派遣人車前往救援，發現濃煙是從5樓的空壓機房傳出，警消出動雲梯車從空中射水，也派人員從大樓內部灌救，短時間便將火勢撲滅，並未造成人員傷亡，初步估計燃燒面積約2坪，起火原因仍待進一步調查。

【黎建忠／綜合報導】總獎金12萬美元(約352萬台幣)的德國羽球黃金大獎賽(Grand Prix Gold)，今天進行各組決賽，台灣好手、世界男單排名第25名的周天成，和地主球員施威伯勒(Marc Zwiebler)鏖戰了70分鐘，才辛苦的以13比21、21比18、21比15後來居上逆轉勝，順利完成衛冕，也帶回約9千美元(約26.4萬台幣)獎金。

首局施威伯勒攻勢猛烈，有11分來自殺球得分，反觀身材高大的周天成苦於救球，首局毫無殺球得分機會，直到第2局才扳回頹勢。世界羽球總會(BWF)主要辦的賽事分為6級，包括中華台北羽球公開賽和這場德國黃金大獎賽，同屬於第4等級的黃金大獎賽(Grand Prix Gold)。

【楊逸民、賴德剛／台北報導】今年王建民在大、小聯盟浮沉，許多球迷都認為他不可能再站穩大聯盟，但建仔不向命運低頭，想要再留在美國拚上大聯盟機會，他說：「我給自己再2年時間，只要有任何機會，我都會想去試試。」

2009年動肩部手術，建仔說：「當時醫生告訴我，這樣的手術，大概只有5%機會能再回大聯盟，20%的機會能重返球場。」當時確實讓建仔感到挫折，但建仔說：「我就是想去突破這個障礙，證明自己可以再重回大聯盟。」

建仔表示，這2年期間，只要是有機會可以回大聯盟，他都願意去試，他說：「就算有球隊給我小聯盟合約，我也願意接受。」
