【陳郁仁／台北報導】我政府多次公開宣誓，希望與周邊各國以「堆積木」的方式進行經貿談判，逐漸加入區域經濟整合。但總統府今主持中樞紀念國父誕辰大會，邀請經建會主委管中閔以「亞太經貿網絡的前景：亞洲與台灣的觀點」為題作專題報告。管在書面報告中提到，我國目前對外經貿談判，「循序漸進的堆積木談判，可能緩不濟急」，應有更積極作為，加速對外談判，否則無法在2015年前加入TPP和RCEP兩大自由貿易區談判。

管中閔說，台灣未來的貿易談判方向，從貿易量來看，加入中國主導的RCEP比美國主導的TPP重要，且RCEP的標準也較低，但我國若不能加入TPP ，會使台灣加速被吸入大陸經濟圈內，不符合台灣戰略利益和破壞亞洲平衡，所以選擇應先選擇同時參與RCEP和TPP重疊的國家，如日本、澳洲、馬來西亞和越南，且爭取成為東協的對話夥伴。

文化大學宣布解聘文大董事、台中市長胡志強職務。胡志強今天中午說，他每次未出席董事會前都有合法請假，大學要尊重法律與程序正義。

胡志強說，文化大學認為，他當董事未經行政院核備，而且無故缺席董事會超過三次；但問題是他早向行政院報備，公文也給文化大學看過，每次都有請假，文化大學做為一所大學，要尊重法律與程序政治。

台中市政府人事處長林煜焙說，教育部已認定文化大學違法解任，正式行文給校方，而且不准辦理補選。

胡志強遭片面解聘，外界認為與明年的五都選舉有關。胡志強說，他不會這麼想，「可能我講話有人不喜歡」、「我可以辭，但我不能看他們漫無方法」。

菲律賓遭海燕颱風侵襲，造成超過萬人死傷的悲劇。廣大興28號漁船受難家屬洪慈綪今天表示，基於人道考量，她絕對贊成援助菲律賓受災人民，甚至也打算「以德報怨」，自掏腰包幫忙。

但洪慈綪也強調，菲律賓國家「貪汙嚴重」，很怕金錢的援助無法真正發給有需要的災民，應該審慎評估。但若是民生物資，就較無這方面的疑慮，只要有民間發起勸募物資，她就會響應，但需透明化。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】孟加拉當地時間昨天(11日)清晨4時，發生一起兩列火車相撞的意外事故，造成2人死亡、40人輕重傷，並有多節車廂脫軌。

意外發生在婆羅門巴里亞縣(Brahmanbaria)的一處車站內，初步研判是因為訊號員發送出錯誤的訊號，導致二列車進入了同一軌道，詳細肇事原因仍在調查中。

【張博亭／台北報導】衛生福利部追查銅葉綠素鈉流向，今查出第四家進口商億元，其轉售給包括蘭揚食品股份有限公司等5家下游業者，蘭揚公司今出面指出，該公司的確有購買銅葉綠素鈉，主要是使用在產品「鹽漬裙帶菜梗絲」，但該項產品是依照荷蘭與德國兩國客戶提供的規格及配方生產，全數出口至德國和荷蘭，並未在台灣販售。蘭揚公司並強調，該項產品所使用的銅葉綠素鈉，是完全符合歐盟食品添加物指引的規範。
 
蘭揚公司另指「鹽漬裙帶菜梗絲」的產品包裝、標示、規格、數量等均於出口時送請經濟部標準檢驗局核可。記者進一步詢問蘭揚食品購買多少銅葉綠素鈉，以及在台銷售哪些產品，配方為何，該公司僅表示，在台銷售的產品全部都沒有使用銅葉綠素鈉。
