已獲得國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)核准籌設跨區經營的有線電視系統業者大豐電視(6184-TW)2013年1-3季財報出爐，累計2013年1-9月的稅後盈餘為1.93億元，每股稅後盈餘達2.28元。

大豐電視2013年1-9月稅後盈餘1.93億元，較去年同期財報稅後盈餘的2.52億元衰退23.49%。

大豐電視為國內唯一上市的有線電視系統業者，目前正積極籌劃有線電視的跨區經營業務，大豐電視並於6月23日正式遷入位於新北市土城區的新總部大樓營運，並於總部內建置現代化的有線電視系統設備。

大豐電視在2013年9月25日獲國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)核准其申請的有線電視跨區經營案，大豐電視在取得NCC核准在新北市跨區經營業務後，將針對其中和、永和、三峽、鶯歌、樹林目標區域進行第一階段的的基礎網路建設工作。

大豐電視原為經營土城、板橋的有線電視系統業者，收視戶約21萬戶，在獲NCC核准進行跨區經營後，也將是第3家在新北市獲准跨區經營的有線電視系統業者，同時，大豐電視高層主管指出，其中和、永和、三峽、鶯歌、樹林目標區域進行第一階段的的基礎網路建設工作將在2014年4月前完成。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】正在召開的中共十八屆三中全會內容保密到家，外界高度關注會中議題。根據《財新網》引述權威人士消息，此次三中全會討論了生育政策調整問題，將開放夫妻一方為獨生子女的家庭(「單獨」家庭)生第二胎。相關方案將在十八屆三中全會閉幕後不久公佈。

若消息屬實，即意味中國將逐步放鬆實行了33年的嚴格控制生育的「一胎化」政策，向「開放二胎」的方向靠近。

人口學家指出，放開「單獨」家庭生二胎，是中國生育政策調整的一小步，對中國人口增長的影響並不大，但具有風向指標的意義。人口學家認為，中國目前生育率已經很低，連續20多年都低於一對夫婦平均生育2.1個孩子的「世代更替水平」。而10年後，中國人口將在達到14億人的峯值後轉而逐年下降，生育控制已無必要。放開「單獨」生二胎是遠遠不夠的，應盡快全面開放「二胎」，最後取消生育限制。

標題[閒聊] 桃市日商溫馨面試半日遊

原PO長期做PART TIME,很久沒上面試戰場了 今天去某日商面試 穿著久違的勝負套裝(前一天還在縫掉了一半的袖扣XD) 拿著一直灑出來的咖啡暖手 小迷了一下路後有點落漆地準時抵達了該公司 面試過程和大部分日商一樣 先來幾張考卷算數學考國文考日文XD 然後日本主管進來作全日文口試 這家公司的面試官讓人感覺很好 而讓我覺得有點特別的是 即使大家都知道日本人重禮 但面試完後其中一位日本的先生 除了一路帶我們去坐電梯等電梯 因為怕浪費他時間請他先回 他只笑說這點小事就讓我盡點心吧 目送我們進電梯 最後還深深90度鞠躬 看著他彎下腰的身影慢慢被關上的電梯門掩蓋 身為眾多求職者中微不足道的一員 我真的覺得 你不用作到這樣啊我好不習慣啊啊啊~~~XDDD 我已經習慣準時到然後保持僵硬微笑被晾在一旁N久 等待面試時愉快旁聽主管對員工大發飆 或是面試開始後發現日本主管還在開會請你下次來補日文面試這些鳥事了 突然遇到這麼有禮貌的面試公司好受寵若驚... 應該是間好公司吧?XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.177.74.32

台南友善之都，育兒福利在哪裡?老人福利又在哪裡? 市議員莊玉珠12日強烈質疑市府育兒、老人福利政策並未落實，要求市府檢討改進。

市議員莊玉珠指出，市長不斷推廣生育補助政策，但並未看到社會局針對0~2歲嬰兒有任何扶養配套措施。以托嬰為例，台南市現有托嬰辦法，不是費用太高就是有先天限制條件，完全找不到既有保障又便宜的托嬰方法。

莊玉珠說，ㄧ個公共托嬰中心，不但能結合親子館與托育的功能，還能大幅減少家長荷包負荷。但目前5都中，只有臺南市還未有公共托嬰中心，就連宜蘭市都已經設置了3間公共托嬰中心，身為直轄市的臺南市確實要好好檢討。

此外，台南是友善之都，但莊玉珠批評老人福利根本不福利。她說，需要長期照護的老人，被轉介到契約機構後，通常還要再審視一番，甚至會要求額外費用，這種作法根本就是打了老人家一巴掌。她希望社會局能暗訪，若發現有弊端，務必嚴查。

社會局長曹愛蘭表示，各福利機構有不同的層級，有的老人需要安養、有的需要養護，也有需要常期照護，各機構的人員及設備也有不同的需求標準。但無論如何，機構如果有不當收費，社會局一定會查察。
