【張麗娜／台北報導】綠營台北市長提名參選爆炸，但黨中央遲遲未展開徵詢，前副總統呂秀蓮昨呼籲黨中央，應該明確給個協調的截止時間。台北市長選舉協調小組召集人段宜康下午出席中常會前受訪時表示，「哪裡需要徵詢，大家都已經表態了，徵詢小組就沒功能了」。

段說，徵詢小組是在沒人要選的情況下去問有沒有要選，現在大家一個一個跳出來，其實徵詢小組要低調，也不用急，因為協調小組還沒成立，接下來就等協調小組成立後，徵詢小組就把名單交給協調小組。

對於呂秀蓮說要設期限，段說，徵詢小組還沒開會，徵詢小組不是為哪個個人設的，我們有我們自己的節奏，這個事情本來就不急，讓大家有可以表態、造勢的空間，這很好啊。至於是否訂出時間跟常會報告，段說，「還沒有」。

台股今（13）日開低走低，儘管大盤守住8000點關卡，但卻守不住半年線8137點，財政部次長兼國安基金操盤人吳當傑今天明確表示，目前還不到國安基金進場護盤時刻。

媒體提問，進來食安問題連環爆，衝擊消費信心，恐不利台股後市表現，吳當傑則回應，他無法預測台股行情，未來若投資人信心逐漸回籠，台股應有機會再度反彈。

提及金管會與台銀間針對聯貸案殺價釀成的風波，吳當傑則說，以財政部公股股權管理角度來看，自然希望公股銀行放款利率能銀行公會「自律規定」，過去央行、金管會和相關單位的金融小組聯繫會議也很關切此議題。

至於放款利率到底要多少合理？吳當傑則說，目前銀行公會訂定的放款定價自律規範，就有要求銀行資金、風險等成本，並無明確規範利率不得低於多少，但強調銀行間勿惡性殺價競爭，避免傷及銀行獲利表現。

以下是小弟目前的配備 CPU : AMD AM3 Phenom II X6-1055T MB : 技嘉880GA-UD3H RAM : 金士頓 DDR3-1333 2G*2 創建 JRAM DDR3-1333 4G*2 VGA : MSI 5830 HDD : SSD *1 HDD*5 DVD : lite-on iHAS324 PSU : 海韻 S12-430 其他 : TX3 風扇*4 SATA擴充卡*1 最近看到了call of duty出了新作 想說來看看需求 一看不得了....最低配備我除了硬碟空間其他幾乎比不了 BF4我想應該也差不多 是都還沒有裝來測試 但想應該也很淒慘 不過我不求全開 畢竟我想這種等級的遊戲開普通應該就已經很精美了 普通特效能順跑為重主 想說也三年了 部分升級一下也應該也還可接受 之前花了27K撐三年 目前預算是15K 想請教一下各位該如何調整? 另外我不知道我的PSU在現在這樣的使用量下 該不該換一顆? 感謝各位指點!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.64.4

【國際中心╱綜合報導】巴西的雛妓問題嚴重，生於貧困家庭的未成年少女，不惜在公路上攬客，以肉體換取三餐溫飽和租金，部分童妓年僅10歲，完事後更被貨車司機直接從車內丟出受傷，令人心酸。

巴西一條高速公路上，就有262個攬客點，不少未成年少女走出公路截停司機，然後上車向他們提供性服務。有女童坦言，10歲的時候被爸爸性侵後，自此被迫下海。

年僅11歲的拉麗雅被迫賣淫為生，她一臉稚氣的說：「部份司機完事後會趕我出車廂，有些會讓我爬下，有些踢我到路面。」她展示手肘擦傷撞瘀的傷痕，令人心酸，但她堅持說：「但我不會賤價出賣肉體，每次收取10英鎊((約台幣470元)。」

據聯合國兒童基金會統計，巴西目前有25萬名雛妓，有不少兒童因此染上愛滋病。英國記者羅珀(Matt Roper)前年與妻兒舉家移民南美洲成立慈善機構「Meninadança」，為當地10至17歲未成年少女提供「安全之家」，除了為她們提供金錢上的協助外，還舉辦舞蹈和美容課程讓少女走出困境，目前已有過百名少女獲救。

【施昂強／台北報導】台北市台北橋下堤外步道上午8時許，1名70多歲男子被晨運的民眾發現，站在提坡邊突然走入淡水河裡欲輕生，趕緊上前勸阻將男子拉上岸邊後報警求助；警消趕到現場發現，男子意識清楚並無生命危險，隨後將他送往醫院觀察，至於男子輕生原因，仍待警方通知家屬後釐清。
