【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】拓也哥的「高速吸引」和「深喉嚨緊縮」，最近紅到美國去，許多美國媒體和網站，包括《赫芬頓郵報》，都報導拓也哥在7月參加日本深夜節目，對決AV男優澤井亮的片段。

影片中拓也哥讓「絕對不射」的澤井亮當場繳械，這一段畫面除了紅遍亞洲，現在連遠在太平洋另一端的美國網友也開始注意。有網友指出，希望諸如此類的節目能趕緊在美國登場，也有網友說「不愧是日本」。但也有網友質疑影片真實性，認為「畫面」從頭到尾都被遮住，拓也哥可能作假。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】馬來西亞有民間組織為慶祝世界兒童節，動員旗下所有幼稚園的900名學童，在老師和家長得協助下，利用82萬個蛤殼，製作全國最大的馬來西亞地圖。

這個蛤殼地圖長25尺，寬15尺，耗時18日製成。大會希望透過活動向小孩灌輸愛國精神，及培養他們的團體精神。

江揆：斷交若難挽回 中止金援

甘比亞昨天與我國斷交，國民黨立委黃昭順昨在立法院院會質詢時，詢問行政院長江宜樺是否會切斷對甘比亞的金援？江宜樺回答，若斷交無法挽回，我們對甘比亞的援助，包括醫療或工程，「可能準備中止」。

黃昭順表示，斷交之後，對甘比亞的金援一切要切斷，否則將引發骨牌效應。江宜樺表示「會做檢討」。國民黨立委林郁方表示，甘比亞斷交，應盡快釐清背後是否有中共因素，也可能是因為我國援外金額減少，對此馬政府應謹慎處理，若靠「加碼回饋甘比亞」，重新鞏固邦誼，其他友邦國家很可能會跟進。

民進黨立委蕭美琴則認為，外交部機密預算從二○○八年五十七億元減縮到今年五億元，預算書上「拓展邦交」的預算科目也不復存在，「形同自斷手腳，放棄維繫邦交國的堅持」。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌表示，馬總統在國慶日才剛說今年是「活路外交的豐收年」，突然發生斷交事件，這是嚴重警訊，政府應好好檢討。他表示，馬政府五年半來，外交休兵已產生嚴重後果，應請總統與外交部負起責任，並調整戰略，不能再把兩岸關係置於外交關係之上。

立院外交及國防委員會召委邱議瑩已變更下周一議程，要求外交部到立院報告。
