《權民當家》抗台股量縮！價平及微價內權證夯

權證熱度持續加溫！根據證交所最新統計，今年截至10月31日止，上市認購(售)權證發行檔數已達18,008檔，占大盤成交比重1.82%，與去年同期相較成長36.84%，顯示投資人參與意願日漸升高。面對近期台股成交量萎縮，且多空方向不明，權證專家建議，權證操作可更強調短進短出，並選擇偏價平或價內的權證操作，增加獲利機會。

事實上，因權證投資漸成氣候，年終也有不少券商不約而同推出權證活動，吸引客戶目光；其中國泰金旗下國泰證今年在權證市場也趨積極，且據統計，截至今年10月底，該券商發行權證流通在外市值排名躍居第3名，日前該公司舉辦三場「我與權證有約」免費進修課程，也受到客戶熱烈迴響。

面對台股近期成交量明顯萎縮且未達月均量，交易動能缺乏下，國泰證金融商品部副總黃敬堯表示，權證投資人的操作，已有明顯轉化為短打跡象。他也建議投資人在操作上可更具機動性，特別是在權證獲利目標上，應適時進行調整，以「短進短出」方式降低持有風險，在條件選擇上可參考偏價平或是價內，以增加獲勝時的絕對金額。

國泰證也提醒投資人，權證的攻擊特性高於股票，相對股票來說具有較高的投資風險。進場投資前，除需了解權證的特性、慎選投資標的外，也要挑選信譽優良的發行券商，以維護自身的權益。另外，國泰證也預計於12月加開權證相關進修課程，服務小資投資族。
