| 日外相：中方畫識別區 讓事態升級

針對中國將釣魚台畫設為東海防空識別區一事，日本外相岸田文雄表示，這是中方單方面的行動，日本不予承認，此舉也可能因此發生不測事件，他要求中方撤回此一識別區。
岸田外相指出，有關各國必須瞭解到，中國此舉將使事態升級，日方可能提昇抗議等級。他也肯定美國政府關於此事的聲明，美國在聲明中，對中國單方面改變現狀的行為表示了擔憂。

| 中國擅劃防空識別區 民進黨：嚴正抗議

【吳家翔／台北報導】中國日前發表聲明，片面劃定「東海防空識別區」，民進黨政策會執行長吳釗燮今召開記者會，批評馬政府沒拿出實際做法，要求馬政府應向中國表達嚴正抗議，而國軍在台灣東北海域屬於我國防空識別區內戰機與軍艦的巡弋，不應受到中國劃界影響，以實際行動捍衛我國的主權與安全。
民進黨主席蘇貞昌日前抨擊中國的做法是區域霸權的表現，並要求馬政府不應讓中國侵門踏戶，吳釗燮今與民進黨國際事務部主任劉世忠、中國事務部主任洪財隆與協助國防事務的國防小組召集人陳文政出面召開記者會，直言馬政府除了國安會表達關切、國防部表達遺憾外，並未拿出實際做法。
吳釗燮表示，史有明鑑，對擴張主義軟弱，只會換來更多的擴張主義行動，也只會讓後續處理付出更高代價。吳釗燮表示，民進黨對於中國這種不負責任的挑釁行為給予嚴正抗議，也要求中國政府立即撤回聲明，吳擔心，若世界各國無法以實際行動阻止中國擴張主義做法，將等於鼓勵中國對外發動軍事冒進。
吳釗燮說，在中國片面宣布與我重疊的防空識別區以後，馬政府至今反應極為軟弱，只由不同部門分別表達關切與遺憾，連反對或譴責都沒有，政府沒有能力捍衛國家主權與安全，已到了嚴重失職的程度，民進黨對於政府處理中國劃界的方式感到極為失望。

【陳郁仁/台北報導】甘比亞與我國斷交，立法院外交及國防委員會今要求外交部就「台甘斷交始末及後續處理情形」進行專案報告。民進黨籍立委蔡煌瑯質詢時表示，之前跟我國斷交的國家，積欠台灣超過破5億美金（塞內加爾373萬美金、格瑞那達2804萬美金、馬其頓1200萬美金、尼日7200萬美金、哥斯大黎加2億9000萬美金、查德3000萬美金、馬其頓6000萬美金），「這些無情無義的國家，欠錢都不還」，甘比亞對我國近2千萬美金的貸款，是否要求直接償還，不然其他邦交國看到，都以為跟台灣斷交不用還錢。
外交部長林永樂則說，甘比亞目前的還款情況都正常，其餘斷交國的欠款，都有在紐約提起訴訟，透過紐約法院處理，會儘量催促。蔡煌瑯則痛批，為何不扣押這些國家的海外資產？林永樂則說會按照法律來處理。

| 中國電視6大品牌 Q4出貨預估年減8.2%

【吳秀樺／台北報導】隨著中國為元旦春節需求拉貨，中國6大液晶電視品牌出貨量約為1458萬台，季成長14.2%，預估第4季會小幅成長2~3% ，出貨量約1460萬台。
WitsView指出，若以去年同期來看，由於上半年節能補貼提前消費，導致下半年在沒有政策支持下，加上全球消費市場旺季不旺，今年第3季年衰退1.7%，預估第4季可能會年衰退8.2%。
由於中國內需轉弱也連帶影響全球液晶電視出貨，原本預估全球第4季出貨成長22~23%，目前下調至20.8%，相較去年同期則呈現1.1%衰退；預估今年全球液晶電視出貨量下調至2.03億台。WitsView也下調今年中國6大品牌出貨量至5350~5370萬台，年成長4.4%，2014年產銷計劃為6090萬台，但WitsView合理預估僅約為5780萬台，年成長率7%。
