【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美股3大指數續創新高，帶動亞洲股市走揚，表徵整體行情的MSCI亞太指數午盤上漲0.8%，為1周來單日最大漲幅，3個交易日來首度上漲。
 
亞洲各國股市午盤包括中國、日本均漲逾1%，南韓、印度上漲0.8%，香港、新加坡上漲0.6%，馬來西亞、泰國上漲0.3%。

彭博社報導，丹麥大型銀行經濟師預測，2012年7月以來就在負值的丹麥基準利率，在2015年之前不會突破零，這個極端的貨幣政策試驗將在史上留名。

央行丹麥國家銀行（Nationalbanken）以利率和外匯存底保護克朗緊盯歐元的聯繫匯率，根據丹斯克銀行（Danske Bank A/S）、南方銀行（Sydbank A/S）和瑞典商業銀行（Svenska Handelsbanken AB）丹麥分行的經濟師，丹麥國家銀行將因歐洲中央銀行（ECB）採取的危機措施留守在低於零的水準。日德蘭銀行（JyskeBank A/S）和北歐聯合銀行（Nordea Bank AB）認為負利率會維持到明年底。

在歐洲央行暗示準備好考慮以類似措施提振歐元區經濟成長之下，這樣的政策對經濟有什麼影響，正重新受到檢視。擁有AAA評等的丹麥去年累積5140億克朗（930億美元）創紀錄的外匯存底後，央行訴諸於負利率，力抗對聯繫匯率構成威脅的資金流入力道。

南方銀行首席經濟師葛瑞芬（Jacob Graven）受訪時說：「如果歐洲央行下砍存款利率，丹麥為了保護聯繫匯率就必須再降利率。為了捍衛克朗，這是央行必須做的事。」葛瑞芬之前曾在央行擔任研究員。

自從貨幣政策瀕臨極端後，丹麥央行要捍衛聯繫匯率的工具也變少。丹麥央行7日將貸款利率維持在0.2%不變，歐洲央行同一天則調降1碼。這是丹麥2008年10月以來，首度沒有跟進歐洲央行調整利率。

丹麥存款利率為負0.1%，歐洲央行則是零。

儘管商業銀行僅將1450億克朗存在央行中，但負基準利率已拉低每日成交量約1400億克朗、規模大許多的克朗貨幣市場。
