【蘇聖怡／台北報導】中國航母遼寧號艦隊昨經台灣海峽前往南海，引發國際緊張。國民黨立委陳鎮湘今在國是論壇表示，中國國力不斷增強，日本又於去年宣布釣魚台國有化，中國國家主席習近平為展現決心，測試美國底線，而有所做為，他呼籲國人保持冷靜、支持政府，政府也應做出符合國家利益，而不是衝動，並強調台灣主權，秉持親美、友日、和中策略，找出國家最有效活路。

立委江啟臣說，面對中國軍事武器崛起，應更和平理性對話，避免加強對峙緊張；他主張，航空識別區沒有涉及主權基本認定，但若被外界視為挑釁引起爭端，就要小心謹慎處理，我國也不宜過當表態，應訂定戰略模糊，避免過度解釋、擦槍走火；也呼籲朝野團結一致，面對新的國際情勢。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國蘇格蘭地區一架警用直升機，在今日稍早撞上一間酒吧，目擊者表示這起意外造成多人受傷，但未知道當時有多少人在酒吧內。

事發之後直升機的殘骸懸掛在酒吧屋頂上，酒吧屋頂也整個被撞爛，共有4輛救護車及3輛消防車趕到現場救援。英國國會的工黨議員墨菲(Jim Murphy)碰巧途經事發現場，他形容現場場面恐怖。
