買了張板子結果沒注意它是 ATX，老品牌機殼應該是裝不下了 請問有推薦的平價殼嗎? 預算有限沒辦法要求太多 (也不太懂機殼的挑選條件囧) 爬了一下文看到有人推薦 Asgard Pro 山河，是否是 1k 內最好的選擇呢? 或是有差不多但售價更低的殼也可以推薦，謝謝:) 補: CoolerMaster CMP 103 這殼可以考慮嗎? 另外我有一個小問題，PSU 下置會比上置好嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.182.46.114

| 蔡得勝：依憲法南京確是我首都

教育部發文要求各級學校確認南京為我國首都，上午在立法院引起綠營立委揶揄，民進黨立委陳歐珀在外交與國防委員會向國安局長蔡得勝質詢指出，國安局情蒐有沒有包括南京？國安局難道要在南京維安？政府發這種公文簡直混淆視聽。對此，蔡得勝原表示，我們有政治上的首都，也有現在的首都，但這不是他能回答的問題，而依據憲法，中華民國主權還及於大陸，按照憲法南京當然是我們的首都。
