| 日本死守五大農產品關稅！TPP談判觸礁

 為了讓「跨太平洋夥伴關係協議(Trans-Pacific Partnership，簡稱TPP)」談判能在今年底敲定，TPP 12成員國於12月7-10日在新加坡舉行部長級會議。在會議開始的首日(7日)，會員國舉行了約1小時的聯合會議之後，各國部長級官員就分別進行了2國間協議或4國協議，其中日本TPP談判代表內閣府副大臣西村康棯(見附圖)就和美國貿易代表Michael Froman進行約1小時的會談，惟日美雙方之間的隔閡仍深、無共識。
據日本媒體指出，西村康棯在和Michael Froman進行會談後表示，雙方的隔閡仍在，惟計劃在會議結束前(12月10日以前)再度和Michael Froman進行協商。據報導，美國端再度要求日本應廢除五大農產品(稻米、小麥、糖、牛肉、乳製品)關稅，惟該要求再度遭日本端回絕。西村康棯表示，在依據日本參眾兩院農林水產委員會的決議內容的前提下，日本端沒辦法廢除稻米、小麥等5項農產品關稅。
據報導，除了美國之外，西村康棯也和新加坡、澳洲、紐西蘭部長進行會談，而在會談中西村康棯也再度重申，日本端不會對「維持重要農產品關稅」一事作出讓步。
日本TPP談判大將原為經濟財政大臣甘利明，惟甘利明於5日宣布，因罹患初期舌癌，故將缺席7-10日舉行的TPP部長級會議。

【葉國吏／台北報導】湖人超級巨星Kobe(Kobe Bryant)今天正式復出！
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，小飛俠Kobe將在今天早上10點30分迎戰暴龍(緯來體育台直播)的比賽復出，受到利多消息刺激，湖人平均票價從173美元飆漲至329美元(約9736台幣)，漲幅高達90%，不過湖人總教練戴東尼(Mike D’Antoni)表示，為了保險起見，Kobe復出戰時間不會超過20分鐘。
湖人超級巨星Kobe今天復出，球隊門票漲價90%。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新竹縣1名胡姓男子(30多歲)對陳姓女同事有好感，雖知陳女已婚仍不死心，今年5月17日上午8時許，約她吃早餐，在車上把摻有安眠藥的玉米濃湯拿給陳女喝，下肚後不醒人事，載到汽車旅館性侵得逞；檢方將胡男依加重強制 性交罪起訴。
今日出版的《聯合報》報導，陳女在摩鐵昏睡10多小時，醒來時已是隔天凌晨近2時，發現自己衣衫不整，央求胡男載她回公司，陳女丈夫因未見到妻子返家，到公司附近找人，恰好見胡男開車載陳女返回公司，陳女一下車軟癱倒地，其夫見狀急忙送醫急救且報警處理。陳女在醫院驗傷，下體採得的檢體與胡男DNA相符，血液也驗出有安眠藥劑反應。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】繼晶華酒店日前公布婚宴起桌價調漲二成一後，台北Ｗ飯店、寒舍艾美等飯店，明年起也調漲婚宴價格，每桌貴一千至四千元。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，今年飯店業者打出「愛妳一生」（二○一三）吸引不少新人辦婚宴；明年可辦婚宴的吉日估計比今年多五十五天，再以「愛妳一世」（二○一四）吸客。台北晶華酒店因才斥資一億元整修宴會廳，明年婚宴起桌價從二萬三千八百元，漲到二萬八千八百元，每桌漲五千元；寒舍艾美指因食材等成本增加，明年婚宴起桌價從一桌二萬八千八百元漲到三萬二千八百元；台北Ｗ飯店表示，明年起桌價會調高一千元，從二萬八千八百元漲到二萬九千八百元。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】高雄市一名女命理師蔡沂學（47歲）除擅長陰宅風水還扮紅娘，15年撮合102對姻緣，扣除4對因年紀輕暫不想生，其餘98對均得男丁，「包生男」封號不脛而走。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，蔡沂學透露，生男祕訣在依新人生肖擇吉日，到新人家安床，先以羅盤找出適合孕育下一代的「長生位」，把床抬高約5至6公分，念「安床大吉大利」，再將床靠回牆頭，約5分鐘完成。她從撮合新人到安床生子，費用隨興包，「只要看到新人互戴戒指，就心滿意足。」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】以往過耶誕節時，國小校長多會扮成耶誕老公公發糖果，但因為國健署調查發現，四分之一的小學生有肥胖及過重問題，教育部發函提醒勿以含糖飲料作獎勵品。
今日出版的《自由時報》報導，最近各國小開始準備耶誕節慶祝活動，有家長反映，國小校長跟家長會說「為了學童健康，可慶祝但不可以發糖」，教育部國教署副署長黃子騰表示，學校舉辦耶誕節活動，主要是著重於教育內容，發送其他小禮物，一樣可以有節慶的氣氛，「少糖、無糖」才健康。

【葉國吏／台北報導】台塑集團今年營運亮眼，全球預估大賺1600億元。
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，台塑集團在國內上市10寶去年合計稅前淨損逾百億元，因海外轉投資挹注，去年集團全球合計總稅前盈餘為434億元，為近10年次低。隨著今年營運走出低潮，台塑集團推估全球稅前盈餘年增逾2倍，上看1600億元。
