【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】從北韓「駙馬爺」升為「攝政王」的張成澤，昨日被官方宣布已經執行死刑，而美國《abc》新聞網報導指出，張成澤的老婆、也就是現任領導人金正恩的姑姑金敬姬，可能是鬥垮張成澤的核心人物之一。

美國《abc》新聞網引述脫北者李尹鎬(譯音)的分析說，金敬姬與張成澤2人的婚姻關係並不和諧，但張成澤有黨、政、軍集一身的權力，一度讓金敬姬相當害怕，認為「張系」勢力壯大後，會搞垮打出北韓天下的「金系」。為了維護金氏打出來的江山，因此金敬姬設局來打垮張成澤。

另外，南韓JTBC報導則認為，張成澤被處死後，金敬姬未來出現在大型集會或公開場合的機會，會越來越低。而日本《每日新聞》報導，昨日北韓在最新的一支影片中，有出現金敬姬的畫面，可能要藉此顯示金敬姬仍然健在的消息。

彰化檢方查緝電鍍工廠排放汙水汙染農田事件。農委會農糧署表示，整個流域約有1800公頃，疑似受到汙染的農田有327公頃。疑似汙染農田，農委會多年來早已列入監控，今年彰化地區一、二期稻作全年抽驗113件，(一期50件、二期63件)，驗出3件不合格含重金屬鎘 (一期1件、二期2件)，汙染農田共4560公斤稻穀已立即銷毀。

農糧署表示，生產不合格農作的農地，已通知環保署檢驗泥土，若確認汙染則不能耕種。

此外，配合彰檢辦案，農糧署抽驗和美地區公糧倉庫4個、民糧倉庫3 個，每個倉庫至少採樣五件，另外抽驗田間作物蔬菜、芝麻各一件，9件農作採樣結果最快周一公布結果。

農委會今天也公布高雄日月光後勁溪疑似汙染農作的抽驗結果，包括5件公糧、3件民糧，農委會把樣本送到藥毒所進行8項重金屬檢驗，結果全數合格。
