國外火紅的開源雲端作業系統OpenStack熱潮也吹進臺灣了。根據iThome 2015年CIO大調查，今年已決定要採購OpenStack的企業增加了許多，從2013年僅0.8%的企業要用，上升到今年有2.4%的企業決定導入的企業幾乎是3倍的變化。這也顯示出，經過9次改版的OpenStack平臺日趨穩定，功能也逐漸齊全，國外大型企業導入的例子陸續浮現後，更多臺灣企業開始願意導入OpenStack，例如彰化基督教醫院就導入OpenStack來打造儲存雲，而不像過去2年，臺灣大多是資訊廠商搶先投入OpenStack來研發相關產品，或用來打造自家產品的底層環境，臺灣企業開始將OpenStack應用於內部需求了。

另外，從產業面來看，政府機關與學校不僅在雲端化的速度居所有產業之冠，且採用OpenStack的意願也是第一名，高達39.0%，其次是醫療業採用意願為20.0%，接下來是高科技製造業、服務業，分別為11.5%與11.0%。最後則是相較較保守的金融業，僅有7.1%的銀行與證券業者想要採用OpenStack，最後為一般製造業為5.3%。不過，OpenStack也存在因升級而造成停機等問題。OpenStack營運長Mark Collier說，目前OpenStack正在解決此問題，未來希望能達到「無痛升級」。

台中市衛生局今再公佈最後一波双鵬公司黑心鴨血稽查名單，最後的71家中有29家曾購買双鵬黑心鴨血（餐飲業23家，販賣業6家）；23家有跟双鵬交易，但並未購買問題黑心鴨血，只購買該公司其他產品(如油條、鳥蛋….等產品)；另19家因已歇業、停業或現址非食品業等原因稽查未果。

台中市衛生局副局長蔡淑鳳表示，從双鵬公司問題鴨血事件爆發後，台中市衛生局總計出動315人次稽查人力，稽查下游業者400家，其中237家曾購買問題鴨血，現場封存及銷毀達47.343噸。

這次稽查確認有購買問題鴨血的名單知名廠商包括鼎王精誠店、台灣楓康超市中央廚房等，台中市衛生局也提醒這波名單中有不少黃昏市場的菜商，「儘管這些問題鴨血都早已下架，但民眾春節時購買年菜還是得特別當心。｣(鄭敏玲／台中報導)

日本民眾經歷長期通縮，已習慣縮衣節食，面對智慧手機價格昂貴、通信費率又高，許多人寧可堅守使用傳統手機不升級，最新統計顯示，日本去年掀蓋貝殼機出貨逆勢成長5.7%，為7年來首見增長。
 
據市場研究機構MM Research數據顯示，在智慧手機市場趨於飽和，出貨下滑之際，2014年日本貝殼機出貨逆增5.7%至1058萬支，7年來首度成長，智慧手機則下滑5.3%至2770萬支，連2年下滑。
 
路透指出，日本智慧手機通訊費率在已開發國中相對偏高，貝殼機通訊費率則相對偏低。經歷多年通縮環境的日本民眾，對以通話為主，最多僅具備訊息、郵件收發等基本網路功能的貝殼機已感到滿意。
 
儘管日本電子業者不敵蘋果（Apple）、三星（SAMSUNG），紛紛退出消費型智慧手機市場，但包括Panasonic、NEC仍持續生產貝殼機，其他生產者還包括富士通（Fujitsu）、夏普（SHARP）等，市場十分擁擠。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
