【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國一對饒舌組合，在北韓領導人金正恩今日的生日前夕，將他們在北韓取景、號稱歷來首支在北韓取景的饒舌歌MV《Escape to North Korea》(逃到北韓)上傳到YouTube。

據英國《衛報》報導，19歲的鮑伯(Anthony Bobb)化身成「Pacman」，而20歲的艾尼斯(Dontray Ennis)化身成「Peso」，於去年11月在平壤取景拍攝，2人都感覺極好。他們認為北韓人都很酷，與外界形容的負面形象不符。

印度火車起火　傳9死4傷

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】印度一列火車在今日發生火警，傳出造成至少9人死亡，4人受傷。

據英國BBC報導，火車由孟買出發不久，正前往北部城市德拉敦，由於出事列車是夜班火車，當時不少乘客已入睡。當地官員表示，至少有3個車廂被大火吞噬，當局正調查起火原因，並查核死者身份。有生還者形容，當時車上所有門窗都被密封，車廂濃煙密佈，乘客打破後門逃生。

NCC要求中華電降最後一哩租金

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）要求中華電信將俗稱「最後一哩」的銅絞線市內用戶迴路用租費降價，未來其他固網業者租用「最後一哩」費用會更低，至於業者會不會將降低的成本反應在消費者上網資費，NCC未多做說明。

NCC委員會議今天確認上周中華電信陳報「102年銅絞線市內用戶迴路月租費討論案」，NC發言人虞孝成表示，中華電信租用給其他固網業者的銜接電路費與一次性費用與零售價相同，顯不合理，要求中華電信日後提出合理批發費用。

中華電信若降價後，是否要求固網業者降價回饋消費者？虞孝成說，不在該案討論範圍。至於零售月租費，NCC核准中華電信提出的每對銅絞線市內用戶迴路從98元降到89元。
