【張芳榮／台北報導】有「警界鐵漢」之稱的台北市警局副局長李金田，今天下午2時許因肺腺癌辭世，享年62歲。台北市警局已經成立治喪委員會協助家屬處理他的身後事，並計畫幫他舉辦隆重告別式，紀念他40年來為警界的貢獻。

上月初李金田因肺腺癌擴散，身體不適被緊急送往台大醫院。李金田因為曾處理大陸海協會前會長陳雲林警民衝突流血事件等多場陳抗，受到馬總統賞識，馬總統在獲知李金田罹癌時，還特別排私人行程到台大加護病房探視。

據表示，副局長李金田因去年農曆年前的一場感冒一直無法痊癒，但他仍舊抱病工作，直到月前倒下，他都在唸著要回去工作，遺憾的是終究無法如願回到熱愛的警察工作。今天下午辭世消息傳回市警局，讓同事和媒體朋友都難過不已。

【呂健豪／新北報導】竟有人借酒裝瘋拒付計程車資！新北市1名林姓男子(45歲)，昨天晚間在新店1家卡拉OK喝酒，今天凌晨6時許結束搭乘計程車返家，豈料到家後竟對司機說「你錶跳太快」拒付車資，被運將直接載到派出所報案，控告林男詐欺。

雷姓計程車司機向警方表示，途中林男不斷抱怨「你的錶怎麼嗶那麼多次」、「太貴了啦」，抵達新店寶高路住處時，竟因此拒付車資，雷姓司機只好直接把車開到派出所向警方報案，警方也勸其趕緊付錢以免官司纏身，但林男仍堅持不付，訊後被警方依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。

國立高雄第一科技大學、樹德科技大學、台南應用科技大學及文藻外語大學聯手推動聯合深耕服務合作方案，今年寒假起將到萬丹鄉廣安國小、萬丹國小、萬丹國小竹林分校及社皮國小4所展開2至5天特色營隊活動。

第一科大學務長陳其芬表示，以往寒暑假營隊都由各校自行申請教育部教育優先區計畫經費補助，自101年起教育部開始鼓勵校際間活動整合，希讓營隊服務層面更深、更廣，今年第一科大透過電子系教授陳銘志與課外活動組居中媒合，促成南部4所大學至萬丹4所小學舉辦寒假營隊，第一科大並成立臉書專頁，提供各校師生交流、展現成果的平台。

今年寒假，4所國小舉辦的營隊活動非常多元，文藻外語大學將帶著社皮國小學生跳傳統舞蹈及街頭舞蹈，學習外語及認識多國文化。樹德科技大學營隊帶萬丹國小學生體驗風浪板、獨木舟等水上活動。台南應用科大及第一科大則將分別帶領萬丹國小竹林分校及廣安國小，透過遊戲及實作，學習在挫折中解決問題。

「水來囉！」鹿野鄉瑞隆浮圳修圳完工，長近600公尺，不但解決近年來水塌陷導致農田無法灌溉用水問題，也成為當地一處高架水橋休閒景觀區，社區居民今天自動發起擬造古時候「跑水路」開圳的方式慶賀。

今天當地社區男女老幼與台東農田水利會長羅應鑑等人都拉起褲管從圳頭跑到圳尾，象徵式「跑水」；這條圳寬僅80公分，看似不起眼，其實已有40多年歷史，但長年提供瑞隆、瑞源兩村農田用水。

如今重新整修後，這條圳也有了新生命，為了顧及在地生態生存空間，特別設計成仿糯米橋外觀，遠望似小長城造型，意外形成當地觀光重點之一；羅應鑑表示，今日慶完工後，未來還要進行美化工程。
