【楊逸民／台北報導】桃園農工王崇穎在下午黑豹旗比賽，遭到穀保先發王玉譜擊中腹部，送醫治療後隨即返回球場幫隊友加油，賽後他說：「明天我還要上場，幫球隊拚冠軍！」

桃農總教練黃文生表示，王崇穎初步檢查，肋骨沒有斷裂的情況，不過王崇穎說：「醫生說胃好像有一點出血，要再觀察2、3天。」

王崇穎是在3局跑回本壘得分，準備回休息室時，與本壘後方補位的王玉譜擦身而過，但王玉譜疑似用手套，打在王崇穎的腹部，讓他感覺頭暈、胸悶。王崇穎說：「被他用力打了一下，我有嚇到，當下就感覺不能呼吸。」

王崇穎說，賽後王玉譜有跟他表達歉意，承認自己當時太衝動，他對王玉譜說：「沒關係，大家還是兄弟。因為我們都是台東出身的選手，從國小就認識，講一下就沒事了。」

王玉譜賽後表示，自己不是故意的，是補位後剛好擦身過，衝力太大手套撞到他造成的。穀保總教練蔡明堂說：「我相信他不是故意的，我也不可能教選手去做這種事。」

大會技術委員事發當下也到2隊了解情況，確定不是惡性動手，就告誡兩隊比賽中不能再出現報復的動作。

【王勇超╱高雄報導】今天上午一名高姓男子開車擋在左營區果貿社區「寬來順」早餐店旁的巷子，造成騎乘殘障機車的殘障人士無法通行，有路人見狀上前敲打右前車窗，提醒高男移車，高男立刻下車，作勢毆打這名路人，在早餐店排隊的謝姓律師（31歲）立刻出言勸阻：「是你自己擋路，不移開還想找麻煩？」該名駕駛悻悻然說：「你是想怎樣？」然後上車駛離。

謝律師說，他繼續排隊約5分鐘，突然感到後腦遭重擊，轉頭一看是剛才開車的高姓男子帶一名楊姓友人回來動手打他，高、楊用拳頭圍毆謝律師頭部、臉部、手臂及下肢多次，並將他踹倒在地，倒地後仍持續圍毆，並辱罵：「幹你娘！」

警方說，高、楊兩人逞兇後離去，謝律師報警處理，在警方趕抵現場前，高、楊又回來用拳頭毆打謝律師，又把他踹倒在地，嗆聲：「你報警？打死你！」2人被拉開後離去。警網趕抵現場，謝律師對高、楊提出殺人未遂告訴。警方說，將傳喚2人到案說明。

【王勇超、張世瑜／高雄報導】一名年約60歲婦人騎腳踏車要橫越仁武區竹東路，遭楊姓男子（63歲）駕駛的混凝土預拌車擦撞，楊男聽見「碰！」一聲撞擊聲響下車察看，驚見婦人被捲入車底，卡在左後輪，連忙報案。

消防隊抵達現場後，以千斤頂及氣墊將混凝土預拌車撐起，並將婦人自車輪下拉出。雖然婦人已無生命跡象，救護人員仍施以急救，並送往長庚醫院。

警方說，婦人目前仍在急救中，身分不明。楊男沒有酒駕。初步研判是楊男的視線沒有看到婦人，才會釀成車禍。

美國聯邦巡迴上訴法院10 日判決，蘋果公司在製造iPhone時，並未侵害Google旗下摩托行動公司的專利，和美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）去年的判決結果相同。

摩托行動2010年控告蘋果侵害其六項專利，包括降低雜訊的專利，以及避免用戶講電話時意外啟動其他功能的觸控螢幕程式設計專利。ITC去年4月也判定，蘋果並未侵害這六項專利中的任一項。

聯邦巡迴上訴法院則針對其中一項專利，也就是無線裝置上控制資料傳輸到應用程式的技術。三名法官認為，ITC的判決正確，蘋果是利用不同的技術。
