桃園縣中壢一名李姓中度精障男子（40歲），昨天下午4時許，攜帶一把菜刀騎機車到楊梅找曾姓友人，曾男外出不在，李便與曾父（88歲）在客廳聊天，雙方疑因發生口角衝突，李竟持刀砍殺曾父，隨後騎機車離去，傍晚曾母返家看見丈夫癱坐在沙發上，渾身是血，緊急送醫後，今晨宣告不治。

案經警方追查找到涉案的李男，李男語無倫次地說：「他兒子迫害我、欺侮我，他兒子不在家，我就殺他老爸！」案由警方深入偵辦調查中。（吳詠平／桃園報導）

民進黨立委段宜康臉書爆料，戶政系統沒通過壓力測試，即草率上線，對此，內政部次長蕭家淇表示，內政部於102年11月和12月間共進行11次實機壓力測試，其中4次為全國性，且經第三方獨立驗證與確認廠商迪悌公司於102年12月以測試工具進行壓力測試。

內政部上午發布新聞稿再度澄清，第三方獨立驗證及確認廠商迪悌公司測試數據與全國戶政事務所前6次實機壓力測試演練結果相符，顯示系統仍須持續改善並提出改善建議，內政部即要求應用軟體開發廠商資拓宏宇公司依據迪悌公司建議優化系統程式。而後續縣市實機壓力測試結果，評估迪悌公司壓力測試報告所提建議已獲得改善。

對於立委頻爆料，蕭家淇今日受訪時表示謝謝立委指教，有關新一代戶役政資訊系統上線發生系統不穩定及當機情事，顯示當初壓力測試所設定之測試條件如測試時間、案件數及案件態樣等項目與實際作業環境仍有差距，2月10日系統緩慢情形顯著改善，目前各戶政事務所各項為民服務工作均尚可正常執行。

《蘋果》曾臥底參加台灣某位赴香港拍攝三級片的台籍小模旅拍影迷見面會。當時以每人3千元代價報名參加，舉辦地點是在台北市南港一家汽車旅館。主辦人大手筆包下該旅館最頂級，面積高達180坪的VIP頂級Villa房，該房住宿每晚要價近2萬元，約20名攝影師參加。
 
記者臥底參與，發現參加者清一色為男性，年齡從20多歲到近60歲都有，而且每位攝影師裝備都非常齊全。但有趣的是，在燈光昏暗的旅館房間內，很多人都沒帶閃光燈，顯然：「醉翁之意不在酒！」小模數度換裝，都僅穿薄紗、性感洋裝或短到不能再短的熱褲，但一開拍2分鐘不到就脫得精光，隨著攝影師指示及主辦人撥放的台high廣high等電音舞曲，擺出各種令男人噴鼻血的姿勢。
 
攝影師們也發揮創意，要小模在房間內浴缸、游泳池、撞球桌、沙發等場景擺出各種性感無敵的姿勢，美女舔水果，舔撞球桿，在床上倒立、甚至做出劈腿，趴在餐桌上爬行前進等高難度動作。有些攝影師隨著小模脫衣裸露和趴舔等性感姿勢會開始發出喘氣聲，甚至歡呼鼓舞，指示小模做出更性感動作。（突發中心／台北報導）

台中市警一分局民權派出所警員蔡富眾，涉嫌以每月收賄2到3萬元代價，包庇色情應召站。台中檢調昨晚發動搜索，到位在台中市五權路的應召站和蔡住所進行搜索，今晨將蔡及應召女郎等人帶回偵訊，訊後，依貪污罪向台中地院聲請羈押。
 
雖蔡否認犯案，不過應召站人員到案後，坦承每個月有將紅利2到3萬元不等交給蔡。檢察官將進一步瞭解是否還有其他警員涉案，釐清案情。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
