行政院宣布內閣改組，內政部長李鴻源、環保署長沈世宏確定去職。台大醫師柯文哲今晚出席民進黨台北市黨部春酒表示，國民黨的內鬥一向是血淋淋的，看到「民調最高的部長，被民調最低的總統換下來。」目前只看得出來內閣改組是內鬥，但不知道是在鬥什麼。

民進黨前主席蔡英文也說，整個政府的問題還是出在最高層的領導，若最高層領導沒換，任何內閣改組的成效都有限，而這次內閣人事改組在外界的感覺上是內部人事衝突與組織再造所引發，對於人民關心的經濟事務，這次改組看不出來，「沒有什麼特別意義的改組」。

行政院前院長謝長廷則表示，主要還是總統領導能力的問題，換閣員只是給人民短暫期望，希望領導人傾聽民意，領導人沒有魄力，真的是「將帥無能、累死三軍」。

台灣勞工薪資水準「倒退嚕」，民進黨立委李昆澤今在立院質詢痛批，台灣想同時祭拜上帝（勞工權利）與財神（經濟發展），「卻是犧牲勞工權利，也沒做好經濟發展。李質詢時提問行政院長江宜樺，是否認為薪資偏低？江回應，「每一個人都會認為自己薪資偏低。」此話一出，引來李昆澤痛批「沒良心」。
 
李昆澤說，根據主計總處統計，受薪階級月薪2萬元以下占9成；而30歲以下年輕人，月薪3萬元以下將近7成、20歲至24歲平均薪資只有2萬4千元。薪資低、工時長打擊勞工生活，今年第三季是否需要調整基本薪資？江宜樺未正面回應，僅表示，每年第三季會召開基本工資審議委員會，屆時行政院會尊重審議結果。

李昆澤再度提問，還不認為薪資偏低？江宜樺回，領月薪的勞工確實低薪，但勞工薪資幅度間距差異很大，所以才會說每個人都會希望自己的薪水更高。 （李英婷／台北報導）

人氣韓劇《來自星星的你》今晚台灣時間9點播出第20集，都敏俊被懷疑是綁架千頌伊（全智賢飾）的嫌犯，吸引大批記者搶拍，千頌伊擔心都敏俊（金秀賢飾）被嚇到，雖向他喊話「別緊張」卻忍不住嚇得抖腳，混亂中1名警察突然出現，儘管千頌伊強調：「我是他的未婚妻，並沒有綁架一事。」都敏俊仍被帶到警局。千頌伊貴為巨星，在警局也吸引粉絲要簽名，有1名女警上前要求簽名、合照，被心情糟糕的千頌伊拒絕。（林奕雯／綜合報導）

內閣「大地震」！就連立委都表示錯愕。

民進黨立委姚文智痛批，江內閣晚上突然告知職務異動做法過於粗暴，李鴻源是個想法宏觀的人，只是執行力稍差，但相較行政院長江宜樺是好多了；國民黨立委徐欣瑩則認為，李鴻源是個具有整合能力的人才，選擇去職讓人挺訝異也覺可惜。

管碧玲則是在臉書上，PO出26號早上10點才送到立院的行政院通訊錄，內政部長欄位還印著「李鴻源」，管碧玲說，這應該是「史上最短命通訊錄」。網友則是回應「笑話～無言」，還有人說「夜間偷襲是馬執政團隊的慣例！不要驚奇！」

民進黨中執委洪智坤則在臉書上評論，「『二月八日才說「內閣調整到此為止』，看來還是沒完沒了。最凌遲的是李鴻源、最狀況外的是沈世宏、最麻吉的是陳威仁，最莫名其妙的是薛琦，一年前宣稱要他來拚經濟，然後在『拚經濟年』無聲無息去職。」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）

香港《明報》前總編輯劉進圖遇襲的消息傳出後，引起全球媒體關注。包括英國廣播公司BBC、美國有線電視新聞網CNN、《華盛頓郵報》、中東半島電視台在美國的分台、《印度時報》、新加坡Channel NewsAsia以及美國之音等眾多媒體，均陸續報導此消息。

2012年9月才創立的新興數位媒體QUARTZ，報導此事件時更以「香港新聞自由暴跌至新低點」（Press freedom in Hong Kong has hit a violent new low）為題。
