嘉義縣1名男子(56歲)與妻離婚，涉對就讀國小的女兒性侵洩慾，長達3年56次，但前妻及女兒均為他求情；法官昨天依妨害性自主故意對兒童犯乘機猥褻罪，量處應執行5年徒刑。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，判決書說，女童指控父親涉嫌從2010年讀國小三年級到五年級，平均每周或隔月趁她熟睡，脫褲子、親吻嘴巴，用手撫摸她下體等猥褻行為。法官審理時，被害女童一直表達願意原諒父親，前妻因另組家庭，希望他不要入監，以免監護的2名子女無人照顧。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

昨天深夜11時許，新北市鶯歌八德路上發生一起死亡車禍，23歲張男雖然緊急送醫但仍不治，家屬向警方表示，4日是張男的生日，他與朋友要去慶祝生日，沒想到生日卻變成忌日。
 
案發當時消防隊抵達車禍現場，發現張男(23歲)倒臥在白色轎車旁邊，救護人員立即上前檢查男子生命跡象，發現男子沒有脈搏呼吸，立即給予CPR急救隨後送往恩主公醫院急救，友表人示發生車禍他們到達現場時，轎車引擎有冒煙的狀況，死者當時卡在駕駛座上車門打不開，因為擔心車子會起火燃燒，大家合力破壞車門才將他拉下車並報警處理。
 
警方在醫院為張男抽血檢驗，發現死者並沒有喝酒的狀況，事故現場是T型路口，現場並未發現煞車痕跡，可能疑似天色昏暗，才會導致這場車禍發生，但是詳細車禍還是需要調閱相關監視器畫面才可釐清。（黃仲瑜／新北報導）

約翰尼斯堡42歲的李娜傑克，怎麼也沒想到，會有如此奇遇，她和先生日前到南非一野生動物園遊玩，在獅子區拍照時，一頭8個月大的母獅，突然從柵欄後爬出，一手搭著她的肩膀，依偎在她後方一起入鏡，母獅還伸出舌頭開始舔她的耳朵，她的丈夫連忙拍下這難得的鏡頭。
 
在南非有不少野生動物園，可供遊客和動物們互動，他們所造訪的動物園就開放遊客可接觸年紀在8個月以下的動物，包括幼象、猴子、幼獅等。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）

科技部昨（3）日掛牌，前任國科會主委朱敬一與新任科技部長張善政成為話題人物。行政院副院長毛治國致詞時幽默地說，朱敬一在內閣會議中「全方位關照政府政策」，尤其是小型會議中常有「很賊」的意見，總是激起火花；他則稱讚張善政EQ極高，很多協調會上別人幾乎要拔劍而起，張善政總是雲淡風輕化解。

馬英九總統致詞時也來評論兩人風格。馬總統稱讚朱敬一選擇完成階段性任務後「功成身退、充滿智慧」，而是張善政「有備而來、嚴陣以待」。馬總統並笑說，跟朱敬一的接觸比較少，但對於他任內推動的產學合作大聯盟小聯盟印象深刻，剛剛才知道原來這是他「比較不賊的部分」，其他比較賊的部分則沒機會接觸到。

毛治國說，朱敬一在產學創新著力甚深，朱敬一總是能thinking outside the box（以創新、突破的方式來思考），常提供「很賊」的意見，在政院小型會議上討論激起火花，對政策形成產生重要貢獻。他希望卸任後的朱敬一擔任報社主筆工作，能已過來人的身分，多體諒政府政策有很多無奈，下筆時能「多多擔待」。

張善政則說，他不是一個「照上面想法，閉著眼去做」的人，他以「不知天高地厚」形容自己，不是個老闆講什麼就照單全收的人，如果與老闆意見不同，他會講道理去說服，而不是抗議。
