標題[請益] 無法開機

﹝硬體規格﹞CPU：Intel G1620 MB ：Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2(去年8月購買) RAM：ADATA 4Gx1 VGA：HIS 4800 HDD：忘了 PSU：Gigabyte 450W O.S：Windows 7 第一次無法開機時，送修後，客服人員是說有一條RAM插槽壞掉， 更換後，可開機，結果用了兩天，第三天又無法開機， 於上禮拜日 前往技嘉台北松江服務處，維修人員當場測試可進入BIOS 一開始只測試板子，後來確認無問題，連CPU一起測試也沒問題 但是，拿回家卻還是無法開機，有試過短路開機處，無反應(風扇也沒轉) 也試過20PIN處短路 綠線與黑線，結果POWER風扇有轉，CPU風扇也有轉 都試過裸測，不確定是否為POWER壞了，還是POWER不夠力 來板上請個益 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.121.202.151

標題[請益] 想換GTX760以上顯卡，電源不曉得夠不夠

最近想換GTX760以上的顯卡，但是很怕電源不夠是不是要連psu一起換 配備如下 cpu i7-4770k 有超到4.2G MB Asus Z87 Deluxe/Dual Ram Kingston 1600 8G*2 SSD 180G*1 240G*1 HDD WD黑標1T*2 藍標640G*1 Seagate2T*2 500G*1 USB3.0擴充卡*2(通常會有兩個外接硬碟接著) 顯卡 Asus GTS 450*1 現在是用兩個全漢 金鈦極400W 想換個GTX760以上的顯卡 但是怕不夠力 需不需要連psu一起換 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.107.150

http://n.yam.com/cnabc/fn/20140319/20140319177164.html 新柴油排放檢測法明年元旦施行 （中央社記者魏紜鈴台北2014年3月19日電）行政院環境保護署今天表示，參採他國管制 方法，增訂柴油汽車黑煙排放不透光率檢測方法及程序，預定於104年元旦起施行。 為了管制柴油車黑煙排放並與國際環保潮流接軌，行政院環境保護署計畫增訂「柴油汽 車黑煙排放不透光率檢測方法及程序」（簡稱不透光檢測方法）。 環保署空氣保護處說明，此方法是參考世界各國執行柴油車排放粒狀污染物（黑煙）管 制，採行無負載急加速排氣煙度試驗法，以不透光式煙度計作量測設備。 空保處強調，增訂不透光檢測方法除了與國際法規接軌，更可減少民眾檢測時間，是落 實柴油車輛廢氣污染管制的重要措施之一。 不透光檢測方法施行重點包括，以無負載急加速的不透光率試驗法為標準檢測方法，並 採不透光式煙度計作為量測儀器；另增訂「試驗車齡小於等於10年者，其馬力比不得低 於45%；試驗車齡大於10年者，其馬力比不得低於40%，未達前述標準者予以退驗」規定 。 環保署說明，柴油車排放的黑煙對空氣品質有不良影響，呼籲車主落實愛車定期維修保 養，以免遭環保單位開單處分，損人不利己。 --- 增訂條文是要來保護廠商 還是保護環境? 這裡的馬力比 是如何定義的? 相同房車難道排氣量越大越好？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.34.198
