德下修經濟成長 投資人信心落近2年低谷

德國經濟部宣布調降今明兩年經濟成長預測，將今年經濟成長率預估值由原先預測的1.8%下修至1.2%、明年則由2%降為1.3%，但表示原因是海外衝突頻仍衝擊商業環境，而本國經濟依舊強健。
 
德國經濟部長加布里爾（Sigmar Gabriel）說，全球經濟最多只呈現溫和擴張，德國經濟承受了來自外部的壓力。除了因為德國是主要出口國外，像是烏克蘭與俄羅斯間的衝突也引發不確定性，並阻礙企業投資。
 
這加深了市場對歐元區經濟的憂慮，並擔心景氣欠佳將傷害企業獲利能力。同時，ZEW歐洲經濟研究中心今公布調查結果指出，德國10月投資人信心滑落至付3.6，遠低於前月的6.9，為連續第10個月下滑，並創下2012年11月來新低。
 
歐股大盤Stoxx 600指數今盤中一度重挫1.44%，儘管稍後跌幅縮小至0.3%。自IMF（International Monetary Fund，國際貨幣基金）10月6日下休全球經濟成長以來，該指數已下跌4.7%。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
